Job well done. Very conscientious worker.

The work was ok and the workers were on time and professional, but in addition to the $99.00 "special" i ended up paying over 150.00 more to have the couch scotchguarded and to have the back pillows (which are part of the couch) cleaned. Seems a bit of a bait and switch. When i called another company afterwards i would have gotten a better deal without this coupon "special."

Did a good job. Didn't really have to move anything in these rooms so it was easy for them but they took their time and did a thorough job. Of course all these companies upsell scotchguard and deodorizer and of course why not, so it always costs more than the estimate. Still reasonable and a local company so i would recommend.

Deffinitely would never recommend this merchant even to my worst enemy. The person who came to do my carpet cleaning came in a tank top and hungover. He had the nerve to tell my husband and I that he stayed out drinking all night and was a little late because he had to pull over and take a nap. Sadly he said this towards the end of the cleaning. He also asked for more money when at the home. Ruined the corner of my wall (no protection). Now the final outcome was disgusting. I would have been better off renting a rug doctor machine from my local store. Seriously everyone stay away. Yes before you ask I did receive a courtesy call after but was in a meeting for work and was unable to express my unhappiness. Please feel free to reach out to me and I can provide pictures of one of the rooms cleaned and no one walks in.

They were punctual was good but when the carpet dried it looked the same. The quality was not what I expected.

Was charged $15 travel fee not disclosed before purchase. Multiple attempts to schedule in the afternoon were futile. Repeatedly offered only morning appointments. Actual cleaning process went well.

We bought the $99 upholstery package, and ended up adding extra services. Their price was fair and the work was done on time and well.

Not so good. Paid $99.99 got 1 1/2 rooms and a hall cleaned. I have had my whole house done before for $125.00. Told me to do the whole house additional $140.00. I also had to pay $15.00 for gas. I was not told about this. Job had water all over my kitchen floor from their hose. Would not hire again.

I told him what I wanted and we went over our questions, the fact that one of the chairs was made with a natural silk fabric and the other with a man made fabric which required 2 different cleaning methods, our expectations, the itemized and total cost. The quoted cost was much less than the quote from my local rug cleaners that my family had used for years. Saving money while not sacrificing quality is important to me. With faith in Angie's List and Bella's very high customer satisfaction rating, I arranged to have them come soon thereafter. The end result was significantly better than I had hoped. Even my local friends were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully clean the carpets and especially one of the chairs were. Only one unexpected problem occurred due to the uncontrollable factor of bitterly cold weather. Last mid-December after working 2 hours, their hose that ran from the truck into my home froze in the late afternoon. The crew tried their very best for 1.5 hours to unfreeze it before giving up. During this situation, they kept me informed of the status. As promised next morning, they came back and finished the job. The crew arrived on tine, was friendly and very professional, had excellent communication and did excellent work. This experience along with my dealings with Gary, the owner, made it a pleasure to do business with Bella's. I have already recommended Bella's to several of my local friends.

Even my local family and friends were amazed at how clean everything was. Only one thing went wrong, the cause of which was out of their control - super cold weather last mid-December.. However, they handled the unexpected problem as well as possible. After working 2 hours, their hose from their truck into my home froze up late afternoon. The crew tried their very best for 1.5 hours to get it unfrozen until they finally gave up. The crew kept me fully informed of the status of the problem. Just as promised, they returned the next morning and finished the job.

Cost about $140 more with stain proofing and deodorizing

Paid for the work tried setting up the schedule; called , emailed, even called Angie's list and they said there was nothing they could do.

It went well, but as with most of these deals, they are a hook for them to come to your home and offer you all the "additional" services that, the way they describe them, end up being what you wanted and not what you had paid for.

I got them from Angie's List. I’m the one who was there when they cleaned the carpet. I’m the one who ordered it. I thought they could have done a little bit better.

Bella Cleaners were excellent. They did such a terrific job that my husband noticed the difference the minute he walked into the house! I would highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

The tech did an awesome job as the couch was really in need of some serious cleaning. I was quite pleased with his work and will plan on using them in the future for both carpet and upholstery cleaning.

They've cleaned carpets and tile for us. They do beautiful work, timely and professional

This is the second time I hired Bella - the first was for carpets. As with the team who came the first time, Alex worked SO hard - he tackled that upholstery! He even managed to (mostly) get a 10 year old paint smear out that other cleaners told me was hopeless. I will absolutely hire Bella again, and I will request Alex for upholstery. Highly recommend!
