I asked him to clean my yard of vines, overgrowth and to make it so that i could lay grass seed in the spring. He wrote a contract for 550. I gave him 250 upfront and i owed 300. He showed up and cleaned part of the overgrowth in 1/3 of my yard. He left and said he would return on a certain day. I was going to write a check for the balance but i was able to get the cash easly and he gave me a date to finish. He contacted me and told me that he need 375 because there was more work than originally thought. I met with him and paid him and he gave me a date to return. This was in october. It is january he has not returned nor contacted me. I lost money and my yard looks the same except for the initial work that was done. I decide to clean it myself. He is not a honest man, please do not hire him. The owner's name is Cody Yard. Ironic...huh?

They stole my money and didn't do the work. They are dishonest, please do not hire them. I was quoted, I paid them..they needed more to complete the project and needed more for supplies. I paid and they never returned. Please do not work with these guys.
