Hosea Thomas Jr. Pools

It was time to have our inground pool liner changed. Mr Thomas appears to be the only one in Southern Illinois that works on inground pools. I tried to find three businesses to get quotes but could only find one to work on inground pools. We purchased our line from him, the price seemed resonable (not low but not high either). It appeard the liner change out went well Mr. Thomas told my wife the pool bottom look very good. He did not like the looks of the underwater light so he removed it and installed a metal plate over the cavity.The pool was filled and all seemed well. Just this week I noticed a "bubble" in liner in the middle of the shallow end of the pool.there was obviously water under the liner. I could not see any holes. On the phone Mr. Thomas stated only that it was "probably a hole" and that it wouls be $150 to fix it. This bubble is in teh middle of the shallow end with no visible hole in the vinyl there. I feel to spend $3000 on a service/product and the business to not even have the courtsey to come back out and at lest give an "eyes on" opinion in severly lacking in customer service. I wouls urge everyone to try and find at lest another business to quote any work you need on you inground pool. It will be hard to find but you will have not customer service from this business. Hope they get it done correct the first time.I want to say again. The liner and the job looked fine when it was complete. There is just no customer service.....if there is a problem
