It went okay. The salesman, John Williams, came out to the house and gave me an estimate. He stated it would be a two day job and quoted me $2,500.00. I balked and stated the highest estimate I received was $1,500.00. He immediately came down to $2,000.00. As he said it was a two day job, and I knew the owner, I agreed. However, the workers finished in one day. They showed up at approx. 9:00 am and finished at approx. 4:30 PM. The work was satisfactory. However, I negotiated the price based on a two day quote. They finished in one day. Two people did the work. If I were quoted a one day job, I would have never agreed to the price of $2,000.00. I complained. The estimator came out a few days later. I expressed my concerns. He said he would speak to the owner and get back to me. Its been over two weeks and I'm still waiting for him to get back to me.

I wanted it done quick and they were honest and said they could rush the job with two crews, but it they couldn't do a quick clean/shine with buffers.
