I have used Leith Heating for many years and for two difference houses. I have been impressed with their response and ability to server both the newer HVAC unites and the old unites. When I moved in to my current house the HVAC units were over 18 years old. Leith was able to keep them running for another 3 years until I was able to afford to replace them. Brian has gone out of his way to be practicable in and cost effective in keeping my family warm in the winter and cool in the summer. He was even able to move the location of my furnace from the middle of the basement to the wall giving us more space to use. I would also like to thank him for his military server as he severed in the Air Force.

On time, figured out what the issue was and ran out to get the part needed. Had it installed and cleaned up afterwards. Both guys were totally professional and explained what they need to do and why. I work from home and these guys were no problem at all. I will definitely use them again!

Couldn't have gone better. Brian, Rocco, and Matt did a great job replacing 2 20+ year old central air units at my home with more efficient and environmentally responsible ones. When Brian came out for the estimate, he suggested 3 options and I received the quote later that same day. When the day came to do the work, they showed up on time, did their best to work around some outdoor plantings (and had to dodge some yellow jackets that had taken up residence under one of the old AC pads), cleaned up, and hauled away the old units. A great experience start to finish.

This company was meticulous about taking measurements and making the calculations for the most efficient unit compatible with my existing furnace. They were prompt and professional with communication, good about answering questions, great about scheduling. Installation went very smoothly.

Leith responded quickly and was able to come to houseveithin 12 hours. Given the heat and everyone having issues I really appreciated their willingness to fit me into the schedule. Rocco knew immediately what the problem was., had the parts and fixed it quickly. Before leaving he checked everything and it’s ran great ever since.

They were excellent I totally recommend themto everyone.

AC unit was not performing as it should. Brian found I needed a new capacitor and some freon. After he installed those, he cleaned the unit and it now runs great. He says my aging unit might easily have another 4 or 5 years to work! Brian had an assistant with him. Both were friendly and courteous. Brian is obviously an expert and I am glad I now have Leith as my AC company.

From my initial call to Brian I knew that he was genuinely concerned about helping with my mom's furnace since the temperature was dropping quickly and I was having difficulty with diagnosing the problem myself. He sent his technician over and he carefully diagnosed the problem and found a defect in the control board that I had installed a year earlier. These guys are very helpful and they treat their customers like family.

When I called Brian he walked me through over the phone something to try to see if it was a simple fix.........it wasn't and then he told me he could have someone out that night (it was after 6:00pm) but it would be an extra charge and that if I could wait until the morning he could have someone out.......PERFECT!! Then not only did the tech fix the problem but he discovered a disconnected vent pipe that was blowing carbon monoxide to enter the basement rather than be directed outside.....he fixed that too. Amazing company.........the BEST!!!

Leith Heating was at our house in a matter of hours to rectify our furnace problem. They also did the prep work needed for a new AC unit, to save costs down the line. We ended up replacing both, since they were 22 years old, and the new ones work so much better! Energy saving and efficient units that also came with a rebate. They were absolutely fabulous were out quick repair the problem first class company. A fair price they’re very customer service oriented I would use them for any heating and air conditioning situation that I might have.

Brian Leith was quick to respond. Took less than 5 minutes to assess and less than 30 minutes to fix. The pilot light was malfunctioning, gas was building up inside the furnace and then when the pilot light would kick on, it would blow the access panel off. Left unfixed, it could have caused some serious damage. Hank you Leith Heating and Cooling for keeping our house warm and family safe.

Very well. Problem arose on a Saturday. I was worried I wouldnt get repair work until Monday. But they came out that day, diagnosed the problem, had to go to supply store for an induction motor, and came back and fixed on same day

We were referred by a family member to Leith with in the last couple of years. Very happy with their service & professionalism.

Rocco was pleasant, prompt and professional as always. Our 22+ year old humidifier died.
