Amazing. Fast. Only took 25 minutes to fix the issue. Best price I was able to find anywhere. HVAC guy was super cool. Will definitely use again.

Worried I would need a completely new, expensive A/C unit. Their diagnosis: Compressor not working. Needed a new capacitor (I think). Recommended adding some freon---but did not push the issue or upsell. Since I know freon prices are going to go up next year, I chose to add freon. Rarely do you get a service good, cheap, and fast. But in this case, I did! Repair was inexpensive, staff was very competent, and they were punctual and quickly repaired my unit. I will definitely use Leith Cooling again if and when I have A/C or heating issues.

The team at Leith Heating & Cooling are fantastic. They did a thorough inspection and maintenance of our AC unit which is quite old. Found some issues that needed to be corrected, thoroughly cleaned and tested the unit and added some coolant. Did a great job of explaining everything. I would hire them again and will definitely do so in the future!

We had a recurring problem that was difficult to identify. The furnace would stop working and give an "Error Code" but it was vague and very difficult to find the source of the error. Brian or Rocco came over several times and usually refused to bill us for the service call since the problem could not be identified. We finally had a lucky day and the thing conked out while they were there. The mother board was bad (and still under warranty!) They replaced this and no problems since. We have had a few heating/cooling companies in the past but Leith is the best we have ever used. They are great, honest, responsive guys.

Our technician was amazing. He confirmed the issue I was having based on the notes he received from the office and already had a game plan of what the issue might be and went to work to confirm and then fix the problem. My issue ended up being there was a sensor in my furnace that got dirty and causing it not to fire or more than a couple minutes at time. He cleaned the sensor and did a full inspection on my furnace. He also checked my vents an returns and suggestion I move over a piece of furniture a couple inches to give more airflow to the vent. Making that small change help the room maintain are more even and comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend using Leith Heating & Cooling Inc., they are highly professional and were easy to schedule with.

Great! My husband did commercial HVAC for over 35 years and was VERY PICKY about who he would hire to would work on our system. We needed a residential/light commercial company who knew what they were doing. Brian Leith and Leith Heating and Cooling is now the only one who will ever work for us! He was professional, knowledgeable (didn't have to guess!), and then did a beautiful job with the installation. His work was neat, he cleaned up the area after he was finished, and had a great sense of humor about my pipe fitter husband looking over his shoulder while he worked!

Furnace went out on Christmas day. Came right out. Had heat for Christmas dinner. Did not make me pay thru the nose. Very courteous, professional and pleasant.

I originally hired Leith to install a furnace several years ago. I was so pleased with their service that I subsequently had them install a new conditioner as well. Since then, my parents and several of their neighbors have also had new furnaces and/or air conditioning units installed as well. Brian, the owner, is a great guy, very knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Brian has also provided us with recommendations for equally trustworthy professionals when he identified an issue that he could not address. In one case, he found a problem with a gas pipe and recommended a reliable local plumber that my mom has also been using ever since (I only wish the plumber serviced my area as well!). Leith is a small business and, as far as I know, Brian only has one assistant, Rocko, who is equally trustworthy and both are very personable as well. Brian actually taught (or still does teach) HVAC certification courses and I understand that Rocko was one of his star pupils! Leith stands behind its installations and provides routine annual maintenance packages as well which I definitely take advantage of. I highly recommend these guys!!

I have used Leith Heating and Cooling for several years now, and have been very satisfied with their service. When scheduling my fall furnace cleaning, I was told about a pre-paid program that Leith offers for yearly air conditioning and furnace cleaning. By prepaying, you are offered a discount off the regular price and Leith will call you to schedule the cleaning. I always need a reminder for these things so I appreciate the call. Rocco was very knowledgeable and offered advice on running my furnace efficiently.

Brian and Rocco are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They brought my inherited system back from the dead. It could barely muster 67 degree cooling air, which was not cutting it. The house is nice and cool now and they did an amazing job. I am now on a bi-annual maintenance plan and staying ahead of any future issues. Two thumbs up!

Wonderful. He was prompt, installed the brand that I wanted, and installed the proper size for my house. I am an engineer so I knew what was needed. Cleaned up after the job. Leith did everything I asked at a reasonable price. I am highly recommending them. You will not be disappointed. They come annually and do my maintenance check up and they can be trusted completely.
