Bryan came out and evaluated furnace. He troubleshot and got system up and going again. He was very helpful and offered to help us out late one evening when furnace kicked off again. We will definitely use Leith Heating & Cooling again.

Called Leith. Brian was booked that day but spent 25 minutes on phone walking be through trouble shooting. Got it started up so we had heat again! His partner, Rocco, came the next AM and replaced a damaged part. Great guys! Great service!

Keith came out and found the problem and fixed it right away. Being wintertime, quick service was greatly appreciated. There was a plugged hose which he cleaned out.

They debugged the issue quickly as a faulty glow plate (or something like that) and had it replaced and operational again within 1/2 hour. This was on a Sunday and the total time from my call to completion of the work was around 1 1/2 hours. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Brian Leath responded within the hour and came out immediately and based upon my description over the phone he was able to bring the correct part to be replaced.

The installation went well. No issues cropped up. The new Nest thermostat was quickly installed.

2 winters ago Brian came to our freezing house on the fly when we couldn't figure out why our thermostat kept clicking on and off. The heat wouldn't stay on. I thought either our furnace was dying or we had an electrical issue and was mentally prepared for a big repair bill. Turns out, we had a bad sensor. Brian could have raked me over the coals and sold me a whole new unit, but he didn't. Fix was around $100 and I felt well taken care of by his honesty and helpfulness. I learned more about my furnace on his visit than I have from any other service pro. I really appreciated that. Ended up signing up for their yearly maintenance program, and have had no AC/Heat issues since then! :) We've been a client for about 2 years now. Highly recommend.

Customer service is very important these days. Not many companies provide it. Leith Heating/coolling does. Very impressive that he worked on a holiday to get out unit installed.

Went smoothly. Arrived when promised, worked expeditiously.

It was an extremely hot and humid day and we were facing a hot and humid weekend. I was very grateful for his willingness to come on a Friday night to make the repair. I have used Leith Heating and Cooling for several years for maintenance and upkeep. Their service has always been very professional and reasonable. They are easy to schedule with and have always kept their appointments.

Brian is always great. He helped us decide on the right unit and got us a good price. He also got all the paperwork to me promptly so I could get my rebate for the new unit for efficiency.

Our A/C unit went out after a recent storm. I called Leith the next night and Brian returned the call the next morning and was at the house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, searched for the missing part (fortunately it wasn't too far away), and repaired it by the end of the business day. Brian is very professional and very easy going! I will certainly recommend Leith to any one in the future...they are GREAT to work with!

Brian was on time, easy to work with, answered all of my questions and educated me on furnace types, the problems with my furnace and solutions for the problem. He was professional and great to work with. I will definitely call them again for our heating and air needs. He also sent a thank you note after the work was completed.

They come right out when they say they're going to. They're also reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend them.

My 20 year old furnace stopped heating on a Friday night, fan and blower working, but the burners would not ignite. Next morning, I called an HVAC company who I have used in the past and they quickly sent service technician who took a look at my furnace and advised me that the limit switch was bad, other parts were likely to also be bad, repair costs likely to be over $1000, he highly recommended a new furnace, he gave me an estimate of about $4500 for a new furnace installed. He was pushing for me to commit to the new install asap, I told him to give me until Monday to figure out how I will pay for it. I figured that I was going to have to buy a new furnace, but $4500 sounded very high, I called two other HVAC companies to get other estimates. Brian at LEITH listened to my story which did not sound right to him, took a quick look at the furnace and immediately noticed the limit switch was gone, the first service tech had taken it without telling me. Right away, Brian checked if he had the right limit switch in his truck, without this switch, he could not diagnose other problems, but he highly suspected that the bad limit switch was the problem in the first place. He gave me a price to put in the new limit switch and I said go ahead. The furnace fired up and now works fine. Brian went out of his way to be sure that the furnace was working properly and he also checked all the vents in the house to make sure there was no blockage and air was flowing properly. Brian said the furnace did not require immediate replacement, but I should consider it in the next couple of years. He gave me an estimate under $3000, far below the first company's estimate. For my future HVAC needs, I plan to call LEITH.

The install went very smoothly. Everything is neat and tidy. Electrical wires are bundled up. Brian did a good job explaining the controls and the overall operation of the unit. Also gave us a couple tips for our water heater. Will use again.
