Leith was excellent to work with. Due to the unique nature of our home, a lot of forethought had to go into the job, and Brian was a great coach to us about the process and our configuration options along the way. We also use them for our Boiler maintenance, and we would highly recommend Leith Heating & Air to others. Great staff!

Brian and Rocco are always prompt and polite and do a great job. They come out twice a year, once for AC in the spring and again in the fall for the furnace. They change my filters each time.

Leith Heating has been maintaining our furnace and humidifier for several years. They are prompt, or call if unavoidably delayed. We can count on them to keep everything warm and toasty for the season.

As noted, had a number of interactions with the Leith family, both father and son. While the father is now retired, his sons are top notch. Every interaction was prompt and professional, the prices were fair, and every step was explained and done well and the work area was left immaculate. These are the guys for all heating and cooling needs. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We have a new build home and our AC hadn't been working properly. Rocco arrived promptly (he even called to see if he could come by earlier if it was convenient for me). He spent time looking over our entire system to figure out the problem. He told us what the issue was and the most efficient way to fix it. No fluff, no extra upsales, and no sugar coating- my kind of service. He was especially loving to my pup who greeted Rocco each time he came inside! I'll be using them regularly for both my home and our rental property.

They were fine. They were ok. I had to pay an extra fee, because it was Labor Day. The price was quite a bit, because it was an Holiday. It was about $200, or probably more. Maybe $250. It was the gas. They don't use Freon, they use the gas, and its more expensive. I had to pay extra for the Holiday. It was expensive. The circumstances of the Holiday, I don't know what you could say. I would look around more because to be honest, I thought he was a little pushy about trying to buy a new air conditioning, rather than fixing the one I had. I probably wouldn't, truth is I would not use them again. The only reason I used them is the regular people I usually use, I couldn't get. That is the reason why. They weren't bad, but I would just go with the regular people I had, if I can get them. I would tell them that they punctual and responsive. I think the price point was probably competitive with what other people charge. I would just tell using them in terms of they were trying to push a product, versus than fixing the problem that I had. They did fix the problem, but I felt they were leaning for me to buy an unit, which I didn't want to do. They did a good job, but be cautious of their sale tactics. He was fine. There was only one person.

Brian quoted three different new furnace models at different price points. The most efficient, highest cost model qualified for several rebates that lowered the end cost to approximately what the mid-level furnace would have cost without rebates. We ordered the high level model and Brian was able to get the new furnace installed the next day. He and his assistant did an efficient and professional job for an average installed price. We haven't had any problems with the new furnace and we will likely use Leith Heating to install a new central air conditioning unit in the future, if we decide not to sell our house.
