Description of Work: I ended up having to use these guys twice in a row recently. First my furnace was making a terrible noise and sometimes smell... then of course on a weekend day it finally broke. So a neighbor recommended Leith and I called and Brian not only answered my phone call and questions on the weekend but interrupted a meeting or something to come over to change a capacitor. He charged me so little that I ended up just giving him $100 (which was more than double what he asked me for) because I was so impressed and pleased!!! Then about 2 weeks after this the blower started to go and he did in fact discuss this with me but I decided to wait... So when I called him he had just left for vacation but still had technically a competitor I assume come over that he called for me, who spent a few hours here changing out the "squirrel cage" and only charged me for his time and the cost of material and I don't know that leith made a dime on it! If you ask me, that's good business because now I will always call leith as long as their around!!! Great experience with them!

Description of Work: We had a heater issue during one of the very cold spells this winter. Leith showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem (which was not mechanical) and did a thorough check that we were back on line and running well.

Description of Work: Our furnace went out at 2 a_m on 1/26. Our call was returned within 15 minutes and are furnace was repaired by 430 am. We have used Leigh often in the past but this time he just really went and beyond.

Description of Work: Cleaned furnace and checked/serviced exhaust fan. Also solved flexing banging air ducts issue. Very accurate and"Quick" analysis of system design issue. Added cold air return vent in basement and had issue resolved. Could have given a "Song &I Dance to me but is a "straight shooter"!! Will use again as needed. Would recommend to anyone needing Heat/A/C services. Use this Company!!!

Description of Work: I like this company. A few weeks ago we had our first 90 degree weather. I turned on my ac but the outside unit would not run. Seeing the heat wave would last for the weekend, I decided to wait till I had a week off to have checked out. Called another company on the list. Could not schedule a check for 3 weeks. My next call was to Leith. Told them the problem and asked to schedule an ac check. Right away, Brian told me to check my circuit board. For some weird reason, they have had about 8 similar calls, wherethe outside unit would not run, that the circuits had tripped or were off. Since it had been over a year and my unit is old, I went ahead and scheduled a check. He gave me a quote ($5.00 more than the other guys special) and said he would be in my area the next day and would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 ( he arrived at 12:48). After the call I checked my circuits and sure enough they were off. The next day he checked out the outside unit, he informed me that the it was up and running. Had my ac unit been newer, he would have recommended several minor repairs, (but due to age 26+years) he didn't think it would be worth it. Good advice, good, prompt service and a fair price, what more can you ask for.

Brian ( the owner ) did not try to sell us anything more than we needed. The AC was installed on time, with no problems. I highly recommend them for any Heating or AC work. Description of Work: Cleaned and checked furnace Tested function of Igniter. Suggested it be replaced as it was showing age and could fail. Chose to replace it now to avoid an emergency call.

Description of Work: My air conditioner started sounding like a freight train. I called Leith and they were able to squeeze me in that same day. It turned out that I was very low on coolant. Brian explained exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He fixed the problem and filled up the coolant(5 lbs). He believes that there is a leak in the line somewhere so he is coming out in the future to fix it.
