We had this team build out a new front yard retaining wall. Beautiful work all around that matched the vision. Working with this team was a very positive and easy experience. We were very pleased with the repair work done on our driveway. The cost was reasonable. The work was great. Our driveway looks so much better now. Everyone on the team was polite and friendly. Miquel answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions. They left the area cleaner and looking better than when they started. I would highly recommend them!!

In addition to new driveway, there was also sidewalk replacement. Good marks for quality of work, communication, work ethic with attention to detail. We would hire them again for future projects.

Staff on the phone is very nice. Especially with scheduling. Person who came out for the quote was 30 minutes late. He did apologize. He was very nice, personable. Said he would send the estimate in 2 days. We sent a text to update information and added photos. He did not respond. 4 days later i called for the estimate. The person in the office said I would have the quote the next date, that they were running behind. Never sent the quote. Will not hire. Waste of time and inconsiderate.

From the time that my old walkway was jackhammered out til the footings, forms and foundation were laid and the concrete poured was five days. This was a curved, terraced walkway with six steps leading from my driveway up to the stoop at my front door. Not a small project! The team was there everyday, and they worked hard. They even brought topsoil, grass seed and straw blanket for beside of the walk. I am very pleased with how it turned out.

West Chicago Concrete did a great job on my walkway and patio. The crew was very competent and were REALLY hard workers, even right through the week of 95°+ temperatures. They ran into a couple of big problems, one due to the previous home owner, but were able to get the right people in to correct the problems. Afterward they smoothed out the dirt along the walk and reseeded it. They gave some great suggestions, and the whole crew was very polite and easy to deal with. Iâ d hire them again!

They poured a patio for us and repaired the yard afterwards for a reasonable fee. They did a great job for both!! They were courteous, did what they said, and did it well. Be prepared for very delayed responses to questions. BUT they did do a great job and weâ  re very nice.

They did work I ask for and more and finish work in timely manner. They also stayed on budget.

Valdez Co team were knowledgeable, efficient, and returned my yard to its original state after pouring our new patio. We have other projects to complete and will continue working with them in the future.

Clean the back yard very good

Excellent experience with the Valdez team. Constant communications on project, discussion of options before and during construction. Discussion of future enhancement ideas at completion. Our project include Driveway, walk and porch, upon completion, team re-landscaped for a full finished appearance. Many compliments from neighbors and requests for contractors' name - I know of at least one neighbor who contracted based from my project. I would not hesitate to work with Valdez Concrete on other projects, nor would I hesitate to recommend to other people planning concrete projects.

Great experience. Very responsive and very nice to work with. We had an asphalt driveway replaced with concrete and widened, and they also repaired some brickwork. Completed everything fast and for a fair price. Definitely worth a little premium to deal with such a responsive and friendly company.

Amazing company. Communication was excellent. Cost effective. Besides our driveway removal to install new concrete they also installed our front porch and side sideway area earlier this year. This group of guys are so polite, hard workers, again the communication always available. Had had many people ask who did the work was proud to give them Valdez Companyâ  s number.
