Miguel and his 3 brothers sanded, replaced/repaired rotted support boards, cleaned and sealed our 20 x 20 deck over a 3 day period. Looks new. They explained what had to be done and set out tirelessly and diligently to complete the job to their high standard and our satisfaction. I'd have no hesitation to recommending them.

We are very happy with our new stamped patio. Everyone at Valdez, Co was hardworking and dedicated to a quality product. They removed an existing deck and installed a stamped concrete patio at a fair price. Halfway through the project we also decided to extend our existing retaining wall, which they were able to quickly add to the project. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards and reseeding any areas of grass that were dug up in the process. Overall would definitely recommend!

We wanted a 7 x12 stone patio put in on the end of our deck to have our grill and some chairs. We picked out color of the brick and then Miguel and his brother went to work. The professional way they fit, cut and set the stone was fun to watch. We recently had electrical lines trenched to the garage,they took it upon themselves to put down additional soil to level that trench out then seeded it. I would recommend them to anyone, this small patio is just the precursor to replacing the 12 x14 deck with a stone patio.

Me. José Valdez did a perfect job for our driveway and apron and public sidewalk. His work was clean and neat. He provide good quality materials and took care to ascertain that the driveway had sufficient stone bedding and 6 inches of concrete. We passed the final inspection with the village. I would not hesitate to recommend him based upon this driveway work.

Overall value for the dollar was fantastic with excellent materials used throughout. We have no problems or issues with the quality of the work done. They do concrete work very well and don't, from what I could tell, cut any corners on quality. Very study final product indeed. And they do keep the work areas reasonably clean and clutter-free. That was a big positive for us. Only issue we had was a slight miscommunication on one facet of the project. When the front porch was first talked about with the contractor, I thought we were on the same page as to all of the design aspects for that item. In retrospect, we needed a little more concentration/exact communication from the contractor at the design stage so that everyone could have no doubt as to how the final product would look, and if needed, all changes to the design could then be made prior to "the pour"; After all, once the concrete is in place, there is no way back. Other than that little "hiccup", we do look forward to many trouble-free years with the work that was done and would recommend their work to others.

Installed new concrete garage floor, driveway and sidewalk. Very high quality, professional job. I am extremely happy with the result. The entire crew was clearly very experienced and was involved and helpful throughout the work including moving contents in and out of the garage, replacing topsoil, power washing and clean up. Highly recommended
