The original estimate, done by the father, was for a larger job but was broken down by tasks, so billing was done by the estimate. His two sons, one of which was only doing minimal assistance, did the work. When they did some rewiring, it turned out to be much easier and quicker than estimated but they did not reduce the charge for that task. Moreover, I asked them to pick up the oven where I purchased it which was 6 mi away, and they originally didn't want to do it. It is a small (24") built-in oven, and was very easy to put in their truck. They charged me $90 for the hour they took to pick it up, which apparently included time for their lunches. Not very professional.

They came in and worked for about 15 minutes, then they left to go get parts and never called or came back. I've left multiple voice mails for them and they won't return my calls.

I was very impressed with the can-do attitude of Dean and his crew. If there is a way to get a job done, they will find it. Dean and his crew of two others arrived on time each day and cleared out by 4:00 p.m. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I found it very helpful that Dean brought to our attention strange wiring scenarios and/or code violations and offered solutions. This was a dirty wiring job in a very old house, and I am very pleased with the results. Since having the work done, we have not experienced blown fuses or smoking outlets and light switches have purpose! GOOD JOB!!
