I got a phone call from Al within seconds after I submitted request thru servicemagic.com. Al is very professional and efficient. He did the troubleshooting within 5 mins and finished all the work within 45 mins. Rate is very reasonable. I appreciate Al kept things very neat and clean in my house when he did the work (believe me not every contractor does that). I would highly recommend Al to everyone. Thanks for the work. Superb!!

Arrived on the job at the stated time. Good craftsmanship. Cleaned up when done. Tested the new circuit board and transfer switch they put in before leaving. Answered all of my questions about the function of the equipment. Good communicators. Would definitely use again.

I subitted my info for the job on Service Magic, Al from Visco Electric responded the same day. We talked on the phone and the next day he was there for a free estimate. He was very polite and just all around nice guy who really knew his stuff...I would tell anyone who needs an Electrician to give Al a call.

Was called that night to offer help if needed right away. Al kept in contact with me of when help would arrive the following morning. That's what did happen. Al and Mike were very polite the entire time. They explained what the problem was and what was needed to correct the serious panel problem I had. I thought the burning smell was coming from my dryer. Instead the problem was in the panel and the circuit breakers. I was at ease that I had 2 professionals who knew what they were doing. Al's costs for the work was very reasonable. Al was great to work with. I needed 2 lights repaired/installed. He came out to do the estimate and since I had purchased the lights, he installed them that day. The kitchen light stopped working (due to a defective fixture) & Al came out on Saturday afternoon (the same day he returned from vacation) to take the defective fixture down and rig a light in my kitchen. Al then came back on Monday to install a new fixture. I really appreciated the fact that Al went above & beyond with providing customer service. I would not hesitate to hire Al for my next electrical project.

Al was very professional and polite. He was at my condo within the hour. I had an issue with power to my furnace that my HVAC Contractor could not solve. He spent a good deal of time troubleshooting all potential issues in a systematic way and double checked all his work. After the simple solutions did not work, he went more in depth to find the problem within the electrical components of the furnace and got it working. Highly recommended.

Al did a wonderful job. He was able to diagnose the problem within 5 min. from arrival and solved the problen in less than 10 min. The price was fair and he was upfront with the cost. I'd definitely recommend him, and I will definitely call him back again.

I signed into Service Magic to look for an electrician and not 10 minutes later Al called. I never even heard from the other two electricians. Al and Vic worked around MY schedule so I didn't have to use a vacation day. They were on time and worked methodically, never rushing through anything. I had some repairs to be done and outdoor carriage lights and a porch light installed. Also two bathroom fans were replaced. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and I actually think they left the place cleaner than they found it. I will definitely call Visco for any future electrical needs.

I had a couple of minor things which needed fixing - an electrical switch and an outlet. Al contacted me right away for an appointment, he was able to meet my first appointment choice, he showed up on time, did his job without leaving a mess and offered to look at anything else at which time he gave me a quote for installing a ceiling fan. I would recommend him to others.
