Lewis made an appointment for an estimate and never showed up. Curtis didn't seem to know what he was doing and lacked professionalism. Visco showed up on time, was very courteous, very knowledgable, extremely professional and I would highly recommend him.

Al contacted me right away upon my initial inquiry for the job. Called him back when I was ready to have the work done. He showed up as we scheduled. It took him 45 minutes to complete the job and it cost what he quoted me over the phone. Very pleasant and easy going.

The day of the appointment, owner, Al Visco, promptly called me to tell me he was running a bit late and when he arrived, I explained to him the wiring problem we were having and within a few minutes he located the source. While he was installing the GFI outlets, Al pointed out some exposed wiring I wasn't aware of and took care of that too. His work was exceptional & explained to me everything he did. I highly recommend Visco Electric.

Al and his partner were prompt, very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Would I recommend him to another friend or colleague? I just got off the phone with Al, I will be using him for another project, that should answer the question. I gave him four stars, only because no one is perfect.
