After researching contractors on so called home improvement web sites and no one returning phone calls, we noticed Top to Bottom Exteriors crews working on two of our neighbor's homes. Hector returned our call within two hours to schedule an inspection and discuss options for our roofing project, we had some weather damage. Hector, our insurance adjuster, and inspector worked together to come to a fair and affordable cost projection. After agreeing to the work, the rains came. Hector and his staff kept us informed with phone calls, emails and texts updating the project schedule. Hector and his crew at TTBE did an excellent job of replacing our roof. They were prompt, courteous, professional. They cleaned up well after the job was done. We highly recommend them.

Hector and his team were fantastic. I wanted four quotes and they were on of these. I was not looking for the lowest price but I was looking for good detail in the quotes and wanted to see the sales rep on site for discussions. One company only called me and asked to be included after all the quotes were in (yes...and I was born yesterday). I specified the GAF Timberline Ultra HD system. One company tried to talk me out of this. I come from a background of plumbing, heating concrete and carpentry contractors and know what to look for. Top to Bottom had the most detailed quote and the most detailed answers to my on site questions. They also turned out to be the lowest price. Their team was excellent and did top quality work that I monitored through out the two day project.

Their work was well done and timely. The billing is slow.

Hector at Top to Bottom did an excellent job repairing our gutters. Due to the inclement weather he called to let us know that he was running just a few minutes late -just 10 minutes! He was pleasant professional and efficiently completed the job. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend Top to Bottom for a job well done.

They replaced shingles from my roof. I’m not climbing up there to check their work but from what I can see, the new shingles don’t match. I’m not happy about that. The man that was suppose to give me an estimate canceled and then decide to show up after canceling our appointment which was fine but I wasn’t expecting him. The price was very reasonable. Everyone that I talked to was very nice and professional.

I like when I can leave a great review for a company that does a good job and Top to Bottom Exteriors fits that description. The two main things I look for when having work done concern getting a fair estimate and having a quality job performed. This company did both things well. I’ve had received several other estimates for the work I needed done and most of them were way out of line for what was needed. One company even decided they would replace my gutters and all the downspouts even though I said I didn’t want (or need) that done. Hector from Top to Bottom Exteriors listened to what I was asking for and provided an estimate for the work that didn’t make me feel like I was being gouged in any way. When his worker showed up to do the work, he was polite, thorough and didn’t take any shortcuts with the work. On top of that, he cleaned up everything at then end of each day. No nails, wood scraps or other debris left in either area where he worked. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend their business to my neighbors.

Hector was very prompt with the quote and scheduling of the work. His guy came out on time and explained what he was going to do. I added on some items which made it a 2 day project. 2nd day rain and snow and he never complained! Excellent work and highly recommended. A great overall experience.

When I called to book the job I was given a date 3 weeks in the future. When that day came no one showed. When I called to ask what was up I was told I'd be called back when he checked with the office. Never returned my call. Never responded to subsequent calls. Do not use this company; they are unreliable.
