Acey is a true gentleman. Extremely honest and good a what he does. My ejector pump was not functioning due to tenants flushing wipes down the drain. He quoted me for a new pump without having to come over first. Then he put me on the schedule for that day. When he arrived and assessed the situation it turned out that the pump was actually working and didn't need to be replaced. He could have charged me for a new pump without saying anything but didn't. This is why he is the first person I call when needing plumbing help.

Acey is top notch. Honest, reliable. Everything went great! Our house has been bone dry since he helped us out. Other plumbers wanted to charge me thousands to replace both pumps. Acey found a fuse that made the back up pump work again, and replaced primary. He is the best!!

Just for Battery back up sunp pump he wanted to fork out $650.00 . another two pump $169.00 per hour and 3 hrs would require I paid $200.00 to another established pump service and it took him only 20 minutes to install battery back up and another 1 hour to install (TWO PUMPS) primary pump and ejector pump . I saved my self a $950.00 for all three pump. You dont need to be a rocket scientist to install sump pump. Most of them are not even a plumber.

The serviceman arrived early, was very efficient ,professional. I am very pleased and satisfied . i actually called them again today to schedule more work I need done.

Acey did a fine job. He clearly explained what he was doing and did it efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using him to install a new sump pump system, if one is ever needed.

Well. The service was prompt, professional, and it seemed reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is that he was supposed to get me pricing on an additional item, and he never followed through with that.

Came up within a couple of days of contacting the company. Gave thorough estimate with many types of products. Once i decided to go with them the pump was installed quickly and professionally. The installer took the time to explain how the system works and what he did to install it. He also took 1 less hour than quoted to install the system so i saved money. I would recommend the company for others.

Acey showed up on-time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He offered the option just to replace the defective switch as the pump still works. Even though this is a cheaper option, I chose to replace the ejector pump with a commercial grade pump as the old pump from Home Depot was over 10 years old. Acey set 6 " digital switch on pump to allow bathroom content entry due to low entry line into pit basin, and tested pump equipment to make sure everything is OK. He silicon-sealed the ejector pit cover before he left. The whole experience has been great. No hassles, and would definitely use his service again.

Both Acey and Ryan were very professional. Acey first came to diagnose the problem and provide a free estimate. After the work was schedueld, Ryan came to install the replacement pump. He too was very professional. I am fully satified with their work and will not hesitate to have them come back, if required.

We called on Saturday when we noticed that the sump pump was continually running. They immediately scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. They were on time, efficient and professional. They had the new sump pump on the truck and installed it in about an hour. They answered all our questions. They also recommended that we replace our backup battery pump and gave us a quote. We intend to follow-up an have them replace that as well.

I called Wednesday morning and left a message that we wanted a quote for the installation of a new sump pump. My husband was going to install the system he bought by himself but due to surgery he was not going to be able to install it. I got a call back from the company that same afternoon. They gave me a fair estimated quote so I asked how soon they could come out (their quote was far more reasonable than 2 others I had gotten). Acey had Ryan come out first thing the next morning. Ryan called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He removed the old sump pump and cleaned out the pit; he checked the battery backup for effeciency; he installed the new pump (which he had to reconfigure the pipe tubing); he was very neat in making sure all the cords were tied down properly; he cleaned up after himself. He gave us alot of information on the sump pump and maintenance. My husband understood all this info already but it was extremely helpful for me. My husband is very picky and likes things done in a certain way and it says alot when he says he liked the quality of work that Ryan did as well as the fair price they charged. We would use this company again and would recommend to our friends/family.

They were very nice. They were a little unorganized, I don't know if I gave them an 'A'. It wasn't because they were bad, I think they were a little overwhelmed. I was very happy with the price. The only problem I had is he came out and he forgot what he was installing so he had to come out the next day. They did a great job. I haven't had a problem. And actually they are really cool because they come out and have like an annual check to make sure everything is okay every year. They came out right away.

Working with Sump Pump Medic was easy. They called to set up the appointment a few weeks in advance. The day of our service, we got a call giving us a reminder that we would have our service done that day and gave us an exact time of arrival. The project was complete quickly. The service tech. was great and professional and got the job done.

This is the third sump pump company I have used in the past 14 years. He is OUTSTANDING. Great service. Competitive pricing. Excellent product and installation. I will always use him in the future. I had water in my crawl space and contacted Sump Pump Medic on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Acey Sell, the owner. Acey was very informative and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Acey's technician, Ryan, called about 20 minutes before arriving at my house at 8:30 the next morning and installed my new sump pump within the hour. Ryan thoroughly explained everything he was doing and was very helpful in writing up an estimate for a back-up sump if I wanted one installed in the future. This company really impressed me with their promptness, knowledge and ability to complete the job effectively and efficiently, and most of all, their very competitive prices. I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone with sump pump problems. Thanks Acey and Ryan for everything!

He fit us in after hours, on his way home, because we had water in the basement. He efficiently replaced a defective pump, told me it was still under warranty, and I could get it replaced as a secondary pump, up graded my primary sump pump to a commercial grade pump with a digital switch, to prevent the problem that created the wet basement on the defective pump and offered to come back and install my backup pump when I exchanged the defective one for a new pump. All this was done in less than an hour, explaining everything he did and why as he went.

It went great... they gave us good advice and reassured us all was in order. We have used them in the past prior to this visit and they have always done a great job very consistently. Because of the honesty and integrity we've seen to date with this company we will 100% give them all our future business. Companies that operate like this should be rewarded with loyalty and repeat business.

Acey Sell knows sump pumps! I was given a $3200 quote to replace our backup system and main pump by another plumber. Within 5 minutes Acey told me the only real issue were the switches ($140 each). Acey did note that the batteries and the pumps were 10 years old and exceding their useful lives (but still working just fine), but did NOT try to convince me to replace them that day. He understands this would be an ongoing working relationship with regular servicing and didn't feel the need to upsell. Ultimately I chose to have him replace the batteries and pumps as well due to age and felt they would needed to be replaced in the next year or so anyways. But if I wanted to I could have just done the switches and been ok. He also threw in new check valves at no cost since it was easier to replace them than reinstallng after replacing the pumps. Acey took time to explain how all the systems worked and why the switches weren't working. I'm recommending him to my neighbors and brother for future work.

This person-Acey Sell-knows EVERYTHING about sump pumps. After being given a $2500 quote to replace our backup pump by Precision Plumbing, it was AMAZING to havethe SUMP PUMP medic some out and say, no, just a battery and a fuse...run out to Ace Hardware, buy me one, and get it working, within 15 minutes and tell me it should work for another 10 years.. THis guy is a GENIUS and so nice. He also attached the rigid pipe to the outside of the backup system so that it will not freeze up again. He gave me a quote to bury the rigid pipe with a system that has a few areas to dispel water, and the quote $1500 was $3300 lower than Precision (who spends $4800 to bury a sump pump pipe?). Unfortunately, no sticker....I"ll have to make him one on my sump pump area.

Replaced primary sump pump and installed battery backup pump. Very prompt in eturning phone calls, very knowledgeable and helpful, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

We had just purchased our house and the previous owner had water issues in the basement related to power outages. Acey accessed the current sump pump and proposed a battery backed-up unit. After installing the battery backed-up unit, Acey found the battery unit was failing during testing. He made arrangements to replace the unit. We are thankfully he took the time to test and ensure he was installing a functional system. We had a very wet Spring and our basement has been completely dry.
