I know why my two neighbors recommended Salinas & Sons. They responded to my call because my current system did not cover the lawn and plants well. Ishmael walked the grounds with me, gave me ideas to improve the watering at the lowest cost by saving what I could in the current system. The price for this service was very reasonable, and future broken sprinkler heads were half of what I was paying my former company. Fabian even reset my old timer to save expense. I am a past customer who utilized their services frequently. I have called multiple times with no response. I even tried calling the owners cell phone again with no response. I believe the company is no longer in business...If they are still in business it would be very disappointing that they didn't call me back after multiple call in the past two months.

I accidentally turned on the water to my sprinkler system, which created quite a gusher. I tried to contact the company that had installed the system for the previous owner, and I got no response by email or phone. So I found this company on Angie's List with great reviews, and I gave them a shot. Richard answered my call and was very helpful with information and answering questions. I had never owned a sprinkler system, and he very patiently addressed all my concerns. He told me as long as the water was turned off, it was better to wait until after the last freeze to repair it. He came out a few weeks later and did all the maintenance and repairs, and took the time to explain what I needed to know. Fabian was my contact for setting everything up, explaining pricing, etc., and he also was very helpful. They definitely earned my business, so I happily switched to Salinas and Sons!

The house I bought came with a sprinkler system, and I knew nothing about them. I called and emailed the company the previous owners had worked with, and I got no response, so I contacted Salinas & Sons based on Angie's List reviews. They responded very quickly, answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. When they came out, they tested everything, made a few small repairs and answered more questions. Based on all that, I purchased their maintenance plan, and they came out in the fall to winterize everything. Again, they were great to work with, and I couldn't be happier!

They were very professional. Their work was excellent and they were a total pleasure to do business with. Their pricing was the lowest of many quotes, and even though our project turned out to be more complicated than expected, they did not raise their price. They were one of the best trades that i have ever worked with--they are superb!

We chose them because of their responsiveness and fair price. It is a family operation so you are speaking to the ones who actually are doing or closely supervising the work. No and quot;appointmentand quot; desks or long waits for attention. The work was performed timely and professionally. Our property is in the Chicago and there was no issue about distance. I would highly recommend them.
