window cleaning
+ -1 moreThey were great the first few years, but in 2013 and 2014 quality went south. Downspouts were not cleaned and gutters were spotty. Maintenance man had to clean many by himself in spring of 2014. Shortly thereafter they advised us they were going out of business. No need to wonder why.

+ -1 moreWe have used Reflective Images for both gutter and window cleaning for about five years. They show up on the day they say they will. We have had a couple of problems with the service. While gutter cleaning, one of the men kept kicking and hitting the downspout to try to get rid of a clog. This damaged the downspout. I called to complain and they replaced the damaged downspout within the week. We also had them miss one of the gutters. They came out the next day to remedy the situation. I gave them an A. Although we had these issues, they made sure they made the situation right. This goes a long way in my book. The last two times we have had them out, there have been no issues. The gutter cleaning was done quickly and they leave no residue behind on the ground.
Description of Work: We have used them for both window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
