Extremely qualified, looks out for the customer for best value, does not do work that is not necessary, and very fairly priced. My only HVAC person.

Horrible leaking Freon after 6 months of brand new Goodman ac unit. Refused to do warranty work called me a ghetto piece of sh**.

A/C failed at my home, other companies recommended replacement. Called Pagor for a quote on new install. Tom gave me a ton of education on A/C systems and gave a very competitive quote on a new install. He recommended to see if the system could be repaired before I bought the new equipment. He fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the new equipment cost. I believe I have met the most honest person working in the West Suburbs. Cannot recommend Tom highly enough.

Mr. Pagor serviced my system, go the AC back online and explained why things weren't working as they should. He didn't push any further services and I was able to think on what he told me for a couple of weeks. I called him back a couple of weeks later to switch out my N coil for an A coil. There was an immediate and noticeable improvement in the cooling. Our system has been working fantastic ever since he worked on it and runs more efficiently than my neighbors as they still run the N coils. Essentially, Tom recommended a change that has saved us a great deal of money. I highly recommend Tom due to his professional and friendly approach to his trade.

I had used him once before for a repair and he did a decent job. I called again for installing a new furnace and a/c, not sure if he was to busy or just in a bad mood but he hung up midway thru explaining to him what I needed. I called back and he did the same thing. I called another contractor who is doing the install for us of our furnace and ac. For a one man company who works out of his house I would have expected better service. Since I have done more research now I see others have had problems with him as well.

I've had Tom out a few times to work on my AC and Heater and today I called him with a problem I had. After explaining the problem to him, he suggested that I restart my thermostat and my problem should go away. Most guys would show up and charge you for it. Tom treats me right every time I call him and I appreciate service providers like that. Thanks. Mike
