Mr. Handyman of Wheaton-Hinsdale

I am extremely pleased with the floor repair completed by Mr. Handyman technician Scott Lorenz. Scott is a thorough, skilled professional who was able to fix a difficult problem with my laminate wood flooring in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Mr. Handyman of Wheaton without reservation and would hire them again.

Tom was an excellent handy man. He arrived on time with all his materials and ready to work. He offered suggestions on parts of the house that he was not there to work on which was very helpful. He did his work in a timely manner and cleaned up his mess. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely use his service again if needed.

The serviceman replaced the rotting window seat but did not want it down so the edge was not rough. Because of this, the price for this seemed a bit high. But overall, I am pleased with their customer service.

The work was done fine, but I feel I could have done it myself. I thought I was going to get my windows permanently sealed, so I had less draft. But there was just a different type of temporary reusable seal used.

Overall I was very satisfied with the work, they value for the money was great, the only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is that their first hour rate are about 20-40 dollars more than most, but any time after that is reasonable. The work was done correctly, every thing was taken care off, cleaned up everything; best of all, very friendly.

Tom did the job in less time than estimated. He was diligent in his work. He arrived on time with tools and material. He explained what he would do and pointed out features as work progressed. I plan to hire him for another project.

Dan replaced 5 light fixtures and replaced bulbs in hard to get at places. One of the new fixtures required him to correct the old wiring scheme and replace drywall. He completed the word very efficiently and neatly. We are very happy with the finished work.
