better than I could have expected!
Description of Work: Our sliding patio door was very hard to open. found the nylon roller wheels were ok just gummed up from dirt and dust. after balancing the rollers still not opening very easy. Found the problem to be sagging of the door frame. Steve shored up the Door frame and now the door opens and closes with ease. work was done within an hour and very pleased and will use Handyman again. Job well done!!!
