I had water leaking from the roof of my garage (raised ranch). I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I contacted Mr. Handyman and they sent Aron out. He removed the soaked drywall in the garage to see where it was coming from. He then walked upstairs and found the leak coming from the plastic hose connected my refrigerator that had started to fray. He cut out the soaked drywall in the kitchen and replaced the plastic hose and valve that was connected to the main water pipe that fed the refrigerator. His communication was great, as he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. He even fixed another small issue that I'd been neglecting that was a trip hazard in the house. He was in and out in two hours. The kitchen and garage ceiling still need to be drywalled, but that couldn't be done until the space dried out. I will definitely be calling them back to have them do that work, as well.

Aron from Mr. Handyman was great. He arrived on time. He came up with good solutions to resolve my water issue. He installed a storm door to keep rain water off the exterior door and secured and access panel with rotating arms.

I was extremely pleased with the work Dan performed. He was here 3 days. Each day started with a walk through and explaining of what he was going to do. He took before and after pictures each day. If he didn't like how the patch looked, he would sand it and redo the spackel. The 8 foot crack going across my ceiling was caused by drooping dry wall. Dan located the studs and made sure that the ceiling would no longer be drooping. After he painted the ceiling, I couldn't tell where the crack it, I would certainly recommend Dan for any fine detail repair work.

A comedy of errors and the joke was on us... This is the first time I've actually been inclined to register on yelp in order to leave a review. We had an awful experience with our handyman Aaron and the owner Wayne who did little to rectify a series of bad fix-its resulting in thousands of dollars in damage to our property and furnishings within the space. This included an improperly installed toilet resulting in water damage to a brand new floor, and an improperly installed chandelier that actually fell during the installation which resulted in damage to both the fixture and the table beneath. Accidents happen but I'm really disappointed in the lack of responsibility this company has taken. The nail in the coffin was they offered us $500 compensation which didn't even cover their charges. Really bad.

While I had someone reach back out within 24hrs of first contact, it was of no use; they wanted $58/- to come out for an estimate. Given that I was reaching out to this form specifically for a re-decking job, it’s impossible to move ahead without an estimate. Not sure why anyone would pay to get an estimate for such type of work. Makes me question what else they nickel and dime for!

We had a full day's worth of work covering a lot of different jobs. We have used Mr. Handyman before (and were satisfied). This time was the first we had Brian Nalley out. He was the best we've had, being extremely responsive and versatile.

They were great and came right away. I thought it was very reasonably priced.

horrible!!!!! I asked this company to come fix my walls and ceiling from hail damage - they needed to sand, mud, tape and then paint so everything looked like new - they painted over all the bad taping that was there without sanding it first and when they taped the drywall on the ceiling, they didn't sand it down and then painted over it so now when you look up all you see is the taping in the ceiling - i disputed the charge with my visa company and will also probably have to take the to small claim court - stay away from this company - they are really bad news, unprofessional, and the guys they send don't know much about anything

okay at first, they were responsive and even got back to me on a Sunday. they were super nice and open to a discussing my project. I was told they would contact me during office hours on Monday and then nothing. no message no call no text message. they clearly have an issue following up with new customers

It went very well. They called to ask if Scott could come by earlier than scheduled. I could accommodate the change in time. Scott showed up, replaced the motor with no problems and was out within the hour. He was courteous, amiable and professional. I will definitely call Mr. Handyman again.

Rich arrived on time and installed the light timer switches. They work great.

He's clean, professional, and does a good job.

They were really good. I have used them every year for the past 6 years. He did a little electrical. No plumbing. They are expensive but really good.

They were prompt, efficient, and did everything they said they would. That specific office was recommended by the manufacturer. One guy had to come out to install it. It took him roughly three hours.

Adam showed up on time, took a look at the door and started work right away. Took him less than an hour to finish the job including a quick run to Home Depot to get some materials to fit my door. Very pleasant experience.

He did a thorough job and always showed us what he had done. He also asked if we wanted another coat. Given the price and that it was a garage, we decided not to spend more $$$.

Horrible, I emailed and received a quote after pictures were sent. The final price was $1285, more than double the estimate without any warning. NO discussion during work or mention that it was a bigger job than expected. The amount I paid in materials was only $155, so I don't know where they got their final price. The caulk job looked like I did it myself with a shaky hand, very clumpy and missing in some spot! Also the door is hung on an angle and lets the breeze in, not well done at al! Not only that, but the paint around the door they installed was all chipped and gauges were in the wall. I was going to have to pay even more for them to fix the damages they did. After fighting on the phone of their unethical business practices, they did go down on the price, told me they won't guarantee the work though. At the very end, they added an additional $0.25! Seriously, kick me while I'm down Mr. Handyman

They returned our call promptly and discussed the job we needed to have done. When we went out to actually see what needed to be replace, our job proved to be much smaller than we first thought. Since it would only take us about an hour to do it ourselves, we decided to do just that. They were very understanding and asked us to think of them the next time we had a larger job that had to be done. We were very impressed with the recommendations from their clients and we will definitely call them for our next job.
