Description of Work: I had a railing put in on the back stairway of my dad's house. Also I had the bathroom door reversed so that it would be more handicapped accessible. Pete was friendly and efficient. He did what I asked and made sure it was how I wanted it. Yes I will use this service again.

Description of Work: I had water coming into my basement through a window well under the deck after a heavy rain. The handyman (Larry) investigated and found a buildup of leaves, etc. He cleaned the debris out so that the window well could drain properly. It was a dirty job but he evaluating and completed promptly, disposing of all the garbage also.

Description of Work: Vinyl fence repair. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was quite pleased.

Description of Work: The handyman completed the tasks I gave him but there were issues with most. I had him move a towel bar, which was performed just fine but the patching of the previous holes had divets and I had to go out and buy joint compound and refill and sand them. I also had him replace a standard wall plug socket, which I supplied. He told me this was done but when I walked in the room and switched on the light, nothing happened. He didn't realize it was a switched socket. In trying to remove the socket and "break off a tab" he broke it. He got another from his truck and told me he wouldn't charge me for it. I found this a bit off-putting since he broke mine, not to mention this part cost me under $2. After some phone calls to an advisor he got it installed. On to a bathroom fan, which he said he couldn't replace without removing the entire ceiling. My goal was to replace the globe and he said the fan was in working order, so he would clean that and I should be able to just purchase a new globe. This was true but when I put this in, I noticed lots of dust he hadn't cleaned in the motor area. I had to vacuum this again. He replaced a piece of drywall behind my stove and switched a light fixture and those seemed to go fine. The last job was securing a curtain rod. He stopped a bit before the four hours and didn't want to take on caulking my shower in the 15 minutes he had left. Once he had departed, I left to get curtains for my newly secured rod. I returned home to find it hanging from the wall. Calls to the handyman's cell phone were unanswered. I finally got ahold of the owner and he did come out the next day and fix the rod. The bottom line is that for $90 an hour I expected much better. I had to finish two jobs and make a pest of myself to get a third one repaired. Also, this company only works 9-5 Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, that is when most employed people are not home. The handyman and owner were pleasant and professional, but for the quality does not warrant the price. |

Description of Work: Replaced heater and smoke detector. Installed weatherproofing on two exterior doors and garage.

Description of Work: We had an appointment for an estimate for remodeling my bathroom. The individual arrived on time, actually early. However, I was told I should receive a quote within a week. After following up, I was told the job was "out of his scope." My time as well as his were both wasted.

Description of Work: Rebuilt a wall and window framing. Excellent job, looks like new.

Description of Work: I hired them to fix my rack in my closet that came out of the wall. The service was really good! I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Unclogged my toilet. My nephew threw some thing in the toilet . The toilet had to be drained and removed to look under and pull out what was stuck. A new wax ring was put in place and the toilet resecured.

Description of Work: Chad installed a sliding glass door and a glass backsplash in our kitchen. He was very punctual and the work was excellent!

He was finished in no time and asked me if I needed anything else done. He fixed a door knob which didn't close properly and spackled some holes from when a ceiling fan was installed. | |Very professional, very personable. I would definitely use them again."

Description of Work: Following our good experience with the shed, we called Wayne back to move our cold water tap to the hot water for our new Dishwasher. Again great work! Will be calling back for more work soon.

Description of Work: Wayne came out and did a great job on an estimate for our new shed. They poured concrete, moved dirt to other locations that needed dirt on property, assembled shed, moved electric outlet from old shed.
