Too many price increases within the year and they never notified. Initially they only charge $55.50 and that was November of 2018, the it goes up to $76.64 in January of 2019, then $82.73 in May, and then to $94.46 last December 2019. I spoke with Marlene Perez price increase and she said that they do increases prices once a year but later in conversation when I told her the dates when they increases the price, she denied that she told me they only increase prices once a year. I have a witness who heard all the conversation. When I asked for the information of her supervisor, she just gave me the name and she said she cannot gave out the direct phone number or email of her supervisor. All of this payments are in automatic payment. The reason why I noticed this late is because I have been to a surgery. I am complaining about the unreasonable price hike just within a year from $55 to $97 and it is too high. When I called them last December I spoke with Valente Garza and he told me that they are willing to lower the price to $74.40 which is too high compare to the new company that I have found which the price is only $52. I offered to pay $65 monthly price but Marlene refused. I want to cancel the contract but Marlene told me that I have to pay for the six month contract for cancellation penalty. I want to cancel my contract right away to the company who I cannot trust and lied to me.
