+ -1 moreMy overall experience was poor. I first called and waited 3 days for a call back. Then Don and I set up an appointment that was convenient for both of us. He was a no show. No call to cancel, reschedule, or even explain. I called his office the next day and left a message and still did not hear back! We wanted to re-sod and do extensive landscaping. This is not a reliable, customer oriented company.
Description of Work: Never got that far. Wanted to sod and complete landscaping in front and rear of my property.

+ -1 moreDON KNEW IMMEDIATELY THE TYPES OF BUSHES I WAS LOOKING FOR. I ASKED HIM HOW HE KNEW (I WAS SPECIFICALLY THINKING OF HYDRANGEAS AND LILACS!) AND HE SAID IT'S FROM YEARS OF DOING THIS WORK- MANY TIMES HE CAN JUST GUESS WHAT A CUSTOMER WANTS. THIS PHASE WAS JUST THE FIRST THAT WILL TAKE ME INTO 2006. ONE OF THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT DON IS THAT HE IS DOING THIS WORK AS I CAN AFFORD IT (EVEN IF I COULD PAY FOR THE WHOLE PLAN AT ONCE, I COULD NOT WATER THAT MUCH AT ONE TIME!). IN 2006 WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST OF THE BACK YARD, THE FRONT YARD, AND THE GRASS.
Description of Work: ARBOR VITAE, HYDRANGEAS, LILAC BUSHES, HOSTAS, DAY LILIES, GROUND COVER, DOG RUN, TREE REMOVAL, MOVED AND REPLANTED BUSHES, TWO NEW BUSHES IN THE FRONT, AND LOTS OF HIGH QUALITY MULCH.
