+ 0 moreThey hire people that obviously know nothing about landscaping. They laid the sod in our yard and now we have to have it done again in the spring by someone else and now I watched them replace 4 christmas type trees and leave the metal mesh around the base and also the burlap. Never watered them or put mulch around them.
Description of Work: Replaced trees that died and left the mesh cage and burlap on the roots and this is what killed the last 4 trees.

+ -1 moreEver since then we have been accused of causing the gullies by walking on the grass when wet and they keep lying about the job that was done and Pulte chooses to believe them. So now instead of starting over and fixing it correctly, they are bringing in a huge roller to smash down the soil. We are so done with this whole thing. You would think it you buy a $ 350,000 there would be some pride in the workmanship. They came out and tried to roll out the lumps and bumps and the did what they felt was good enough. I still cannot walk on the side of the house for fear of falling. The gaps are there from the sod not meeting. My daughter has a degree in Horticulture and has laid a lot of sod. She cannot believe all this and our water bill this month ws 4 times the norm. i would not recommend this company to anyone
Description of Work: They were hired by Pulte to install our lawn at our new home. ;10 days before the sod was placed, they came and leveled our yard and spread inferior dirt that we found a whiskey bottle , gloves, mesh netting and a ton of rocks in it so it had not been sifted then it rained for a week straight and made gullies everywhere. no sod was installed since we asked to wait till we came back from vacation since we planned on picking up the rock, weeds and do more leveling but sod was laid before we came home and everything on one side of the house was already burned.
