Dustin, the founders son and now owner came out in August where he reviewed the work to be done. In a few days he provided a quote/contract for our approval. As required, we sent half payment up front so they could get the job started. We were told they would measure, order the glass and begin installation in about two weeks. At the end of October, after numerous calls and after coming out and measuring twice, Dustin called and said they decided not to do the job. All I got was a lot of excuses, essentially saying, in my view, that the work was too hard. We have been holding up carpet installation all this time. Now it's too late in the season to find someone else to do the work. If you want a reliable contractor, look elsewhere. I have to believe the father didn't run the business like this or they would have long ago folded.

The estimator arrived on time within a day of my making the request for an estimate. Later that afternoon he emailed the estimate. After I agreed to give them the order, they called me within a couple of days and give me the installation date. The technicians came on time did the work promptly within a couple of hours. Extremely profession and polite -- from the estimator, the office staff and the technicians.

Very well. They came out gave us an estimate for the work needed, they arrived on time and completed the work needed and we can see out our windows again. Very easy.

TERRIBLE! First- The installers were unqualified, as they used a circular saw to cut the (plastic ) parts, and broke them! Second- The Owner (Dusty) refused to release the remaining parts which were previously paid for, so that I could have another more qualified contractors finish the job. So, I had to pay another $700 for the replacement parts, and hire another Contractor to install them, which took several more weeks, due to the parts being special order. So, A&G has $700 worth of parts in their possession which they didn't pay for. This had gone on for several months! Could you have a worse experience!!??

It went well, they were able to get everything repaired quicker than expected!

I had used A&G Glass & Mirror once prior to replace a broken window. So, I called them for my basement project work as well. Their estimate was in line with my expectations for the work. I did have a bit of a follow-up issue getting the estimate signed and getting installation scheduled. To explain those: I got the estimate quickly via email, I sent a question in reply and never heard back. I called a few days later and got it resolved, but lost those days in the process. I was told the glass would take about 10 days. A few days after that date had passed, I called their office to inquire and learned that the glass was there. I was a bit disappointed that twice I had to call to follow up. So, I give their responsiveness a B. Despite the issues with follow up, the project was done professionally and at a fair price. For that, I'd use them again and just know that I need to call to follow up.

We had used this company for a simple tub enclosure in another bathroom last year. That went well. No problems. So we asked them to do a more complicated project. Yuck. The frameless shower door was installed in such a way as to leave exposed the black mounting tape used to fix the glass to the tile -- expensive tile, By the way. We were unhappy with this and asked that they correct it. They came back and added caulk, saying that the best fix would be to remove the panel and re-install. We said, yes, do that. And we expected they would return to do the job properly. It has taken a couple months of back and forth but we have now been assured the matter will be resolved. They made clear that customer satisfaction is important. We are looking forward to a proper re-installation of the problem panel soon.

The screens looked great and the price was awesome.

From initial office contact to the estimators site evaluation and including the installers work, all went smoothly, on time, and without any mess left over.
