+ -1 moreRick Newton is very professional and knowledgeable. I followed Rick around the house as he did his inspection. He was right-on regarding the issues he brought up about the house which prompted more detailed inspections and more negotiations between myself and the sellers. I would recommend Rick to anyone.
Description of Work: Rick inspected and arranged for radon testing at a home I wanted to purchase. Rick charged $325. The test for radon cost $200.

+ -1 moreThe inspection went very well. Rick was able to accommodate us on less than 24 hours notice. He arrived early and was very professional. The whole process took about 2 hours for a 2200 square feet house with a basement. He walked through the entire house with us and was very thorough, giving us advice and feedback throughout that entire time. He then prepared an internet accessible report within just a few hours, with color photographs and detailed commentary throughout. On top of it all, he was very nice and personable.
Description of Work: A complete home inspection of a 15 year old home to be purchased. This included exterior and interior inspections and a full report of issues.
