Well. The welding unit used did not need any protection of floor or walls. Well done, it was just a bit pricy for the amount of time the weld took (10 minute weld).

Had contacted this company back in the fall of 2010. One of their salesmen came out and give me an estimate of $200 to remove the fence. He was going to call me back within the month to arrange for the removal, but I never heard back from him again. Winter set in and never heard back from him. In early 2011 I I phoned the company and left a voice mail message on their business phone and also sent an email to their website. About a month later the owner called and apologized for no one getting back to me. That salesman is no longer with the company. He agreed to honor the price and do the work when the weather improved and all the snow we had melted. The work was performed in mid-March. One the owner got involved things got done.

I was disappointed both in the fact that I had to follow-up several times to get my quote, and also with the pricing of the quote(although I thought many of the iron companies were high). I also knew this quote would go up significantly because I wanted to upgrade the type of railing as well as the finish and the powder coating I wanted was considerably higher.

They were very responsive I had barely hung up the phone after leaving a message when they had called me back. They did very excellent work, and I have and will hire them again.

They were very professional and timely. However, their price quote was more than double the company we used, who we were very pleased with.

Very good, very thoughtful and professional. They provided helpful drawings before the fabrication. They kept in touch with me during the process, I never felt that this smaller project had dropped off their radar. Steve Meyers was my primary contact but the others were all great, too.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A HIGHLY-RATED CONCRETE COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST, WHO POURED A NEW STOOP AND WALK FOR US; THEY HAVE WORKED WITH WILSON MANY TIMES. VERY GOOD QUALITY RAILING. OWNER DID ESTIMATE AND BROUGHT A STYLE BOOK WITH A RANGE OF STYLES AND COLORS (THEY DO INDOOR CUSTOM RAILINGS TOO.) THEY SAID THE FABRICATION WOULD TAKE 6-8 WEEKS, BUT IT WAS READY IN 4. WHEN I NOTICED A FEW SCRATCHES IN THE ENAMEL THE DAY AFTER INSTALLATION, THEY SENT SOMEONE RIGHT OUT TO FIX IT (NO HASSLE) AND LEFT ME CUSTOM TOUCH-UP PAINT FOR FUTURE NICKS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
