The only complaint I have is that I was told that hat when I made the appointment, that the technician would call before arrival. The technician arrived as scheduled, but there was no advance call. Luckily, I was only a few minutes away and was able to meet the technician and get the job completed.

He came the next day and fixed the problem.

He worked professionally through inspection on the sump pump, check valve & drain line, explained the diagnosis and quoted the estimate clearly, and then completed the fix as expected. I would recommend the service to any one.

Quick and very professional

It was an emergency repair and they were quick and very professional.

I was rather unsatisfied simply because it took a week and a day to get a water tank that actually worked. Needless to say living here in Chicago with temperature is -12 with no hot water for a week was not comfortable at all ! Rheem Only wanted to replace the first unit that was leaking, the new unit Arrived on the second day, once installed We find out it wasnâ t working because of a faulty part not allowing the flame to stay lit three days four days five days later replacement part never did arrive turned out it was on back order after a supposed emergency overnight delivery was expected ...they finally agreed to return the second tank as well but it was a challenge for Tony.
