Michael was prompt, efficient,friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and why in a patient, clear and inderstsndable manner. He also provided options related to the concern that brought him on the house call. This was a technion who clearly knows and enjoys his vocation. I would not hesitate to call for future plumbing concerns. The company owner was also very attentive. Antonio called back immediately when the call was placed and after the service was completed to check on satisfaction and additional concerns.

Antonio came on an emergency when the basement was flooded and also replaced the water heater. Did a fabulous job and will have him come in the future. Thank you!

Antonio immediately called me for my request and provided a quote that was significantly less than the other company in replacing my outdoor faucet that I used for gardening. Within the hour, he completed the job. As I just had the faucet installed, I would like to reserve further review until I go through a summer of using the faucet, but so far I'm having a great experience with the Company.

The original guy that came out was very knowledgeable about the situation and gave a lot of advice. However, after agreeing to get the work done, It took them over a week to come back to start the work and when they left, they left a mound of dirt/rocks where they had to dig. Made no attempt to fill the hole, and level the area properly. I could have rented my own equipment and finished the job returning area to original appearance.

My appointment time was 9:00am. The service man was at my door at 9:01am. Jerry introduced himself and immediately started to assess the situation and then quoted me the fee. Jerry did the work and I am very satisfied with his work. I will definitely use this company again.

I was not sure if the problem I had was a big dollar or small dollar fix. Ultimate Rooter diagnosed the smallest potential fix and did the job right away. 20 min later they were done and my problem was fixed! They could have definitely "investigated" for hours and charged me for it. Nice to deal with honest professionals.
