They contacted me right away and arrived a half hour later. They went further then was required and discovered and repaired the problem right away. They also gave me options on what all work was required.

A little delay in the arrival due to wrong address info but they sent the service tech out quickly instead of rescheduling which was great. Mike was the tech's name and he was very pleasant and a good worker. I am planning on using them again. Great service and nice staff.

Antonio from Ultimate responded quickly and scheduled conveniently. He came out and gave me options for replacing or repairing. I opted for replacing the water heater with a brand new one and they were quick, efficient and clean. Not to mention couple hundred dollars less than the competitor.

Antonio and Mike were great. Antonio was easy to do business with and to make an appointment. Mike came to do the work and was very thorough, detected the problem quickly with as minimal cutting to the wall as required. He explained costs in advance and was detailed in his explanation of the problem and the solution. Mike also took care to clean up after the job was complete. Antionio and Jerry are amazing. They showed up at just the right time (I work from home and I had some conference calls starting). After a quick show of the toilet that needed fixing, and the sink that needed to be installed, they got right to work. They were quiet, and worked smoothly and quickly. I now have a working toilet and a gorgeous new sink.

Repair man arrived a few minutes early so he would be ontime, which was great! He first look at the 3 toilets that needed repair (water running after flushing), turning on and off by itself). Then he got his tools and fixed each one with no issue. Very polite and professional, he completed the entire job in about 30 minutes. From assessment (a few days earlier with Antonio), until the joc was finished, I was pleased at the professionalism and knowledge they provided. I highly recommend Ultimate Rooter Services.
