The plumber arrived right on time. He took care to do everything neatly and was so courteous. He explained everything he was going to do ahead of time along with quoting the cost. Mike arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and was courteous, friendly, careful, and finished the repair to the leaking water pipe in less than a half hour.

Tony was on time, courteous and a VERY fast worker. I had initially contacted him about a leaky toilet and leaky exterior faucet. After the appointment was booked I asked if he had time to install a new kitchen faucet as well. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up completely - even had a vacuum to clean up the drywall dust resulting from the exterior faucet repair!
