I think he is absolutely fabulous, he treats your home like his home.

Sanchez was excellent to work with. I made several changes on interior colors. Jose was very reasonable on working on change orders. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sanchez again. If I were starting over, I would do it exactly the same.

They were very professional. Two painters (Jose and Ricky) came to do the work. They treated my home as it was their home. Everyday they let me know what would be done that day. They put up plastic to minimize the dust in other room, they did not work in. They moved all the furniture to do the painting. And at the end of the day, when they finished one area, they vacuumed and wet mopped my hardwood floors. And moved the furniture back in place. This job took several days, and each day they came, they asked if everything was okay, if I found anything that needed to be re-done or done. I was going out of town for one week, and they worked on Saturday and Sunday so it would be finished in a timely fashion. What really surprised me was the clean up they did everyday after they finished. I was able to use those rooms every day after they left. They were so friendly and courteous. I an already making a list of other things, that need patching and painting in other areas, as I will certainly hire them again.

Pancho was very meticulous and professional in the painting. I even hired him to do other painting (my kitchen ceiling and Master Bedroom ceiling). In the kitchen I had several nail pops and numerous cannister lights, he removed all the hardware to make sure the job was done completed. It looks great. Also in the Master Bedroom, i had the seams of the tape showing. He fixed that so I don't even see anything on the ceiling. He also did a good job in the basement bathroom and supply room.
