+ -1 moreOne incredible driveway. I'm not one to brag so publicly, be I decided to make an exception in this case. I can't remember a time when spending slightly over $23,000 has brought a bigger sense of satisfaction and enjoyment than my experience with M. Sanchez Concrete. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate and delivered the quote that day via email. When I accepted the quote, they started and finished the work according to their pre-determined timetable. I have had more people drive by and comment about the appearance and workmanship of the job. I welcome anybody to call and visit our house and see for yourself our extraordinary new 3,000 square foot driveway. Description of Work: We had them remove existing asphalt driveway, form, grade with 4" compacted crushed rock, and apply 5" of concrete.

Description of Work: They excavated and poured concrete for a new foundation for a large house addition. They were respectful and professional. Their work quality was very good. It took a long time to finish the job.

+ -1 moreMr. Sanchez showed up right on time to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and time. They did the difficult work on time and on budget. I am very pleased with their work. I would gladly have them do more work for me.
Description of Work: We have a bluestone walkway around our house and patio behind it. Over the course of the years a few stones cracked and the mortar between stones needed repair. They replaced a good number of stones and replaced mortar on a very long stretch of walkway.
