Description of Work: new water installed . laundry tub faucet replaced.

Description of Work: My storm drain was plugged. Marco came and worked on the problem. Unfortunately he was not able to complete the project in one day, but he did devert the water so it was able to drain away from my house. He did come back to route the drain and he was very persistent to find the problem. He found a clog of roots and was able to extract them from the drain, but that was not the real problem because water was still not able to flow through the drain. He had to come back to fix the drain pipe and replace the sump pump drain line into the house since it was leaking as well.

Description of Work: They installed a new outdoor hose bib. As soon as it was installed, it had a very insignificant leak at the spigot, about one drop every 1-2 hours, which would evaporate so it would be hard to prove. I called on two separate occasions during the next 6 weeks. Each time, I was told it would stop. I garden where the spigot is, so when working in the garden, I could see evidence of a "recent" drop on the concrete. By the next gardening season (this spring), it now dripped enough to leave a continual wet water spot. I called another plumber. He simply removed the "guts" from the spigot side, saw evidence of a mis-manufactured "seal" and replaced that part. No drips any longer. Had Schwab Plumbing come out after the second call and inspected the insides (a 5-minute task), they would have seen the mis-aligned part. But they didn't, hence the "c" for quality and responsiveness. Other than that, Schwab is a good company, and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced broken sewer line outside of the house

Description of Work: Roger J. Schwab Plumbing routed (sp?) out a clogged pipe in my basement and also fixed my bathroom toilet, which was running slowly.

Description of Work: Roger removed and replaced the sump pump for our house. They installed a back up sump pump as well.
