Petropoulos Parts

I explained what had happened- my husband had tried to be helpful, had sucked something up and now the motor works but there is no suction. I thought something was stuck in the hose but could not see it or get it out. He turned the motor on and felt that there was no suction. He said I had to have a new hose. He didn't have one in stock. (I have a common type vacuum) He said he would have to order it and I would have to pay 50% up front before he would order it. I gave him $25. I went home and was kind of disgusted by his attitude and the price. I shook the hose a little and a cat toy came out. The vacuum worked fine then. The next day I called and told him to cancel the order of the hose because I had fixed my vacuum myself. He said he would not cancel the order or refund my money and was pretty unpleasant. I called again the next day and explained again that I was a good customer, as well as a business owner myself, and that I would like to continue to be his customer but he continued to refuse to try to help me or to compromise. I told him that I would come over and talk in person and he told me "don't come here!" I went anyway and he said I either had to pay $25 more and then he would give me the hose (that I don't need) when it came in, or he would keep the $25 I had already paid and he would keep the hose.
