Excellent. They have helped us out three times since we bought our new house last year. Reasonable prices and super good service.

Midwest Irrigation started the system up as part of spring maintenance. There was puddling on the sidewalk and we called them out to fix it. The sprinkler wasn't cracked though, it was leaking because it wasn't shutting off. Since then we have had an intermittent problem with one of sprinkler zones not shutting off. The worst part is that it happens only some of the time - we think its fixed but then return home to find the sprinklers ran all day long. The reason we would think it was fixed had a lot to do with Midwest Irrigation technicians telling us so. One time we called them, Midwest sent a technician out who told me a head was broke and another sprinkler head had something jamming it. He said it was fixed. Within the following week, the sprinkler zone was stuck running all day again. So we called them again. The next technician came out and said that zone was stuck because the programmer was set with competing start times so it was trying to run multiple programs. He reset the program and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When we got the invoice for that service call, we called to inform them that we had an invoice from them but the sprinklers were still broken. The invoice was cancelled and we scheduled another visit to fix the sprinklers. This kind of effort to remedy a situation encouraged us to continue trying to work with them. The last time they were here two technicians came. They told me they replaced a valve, the system was now fixed and I should plan to replace all the valves since they were getting old. Problem is that the very same problem continues - same zone staying on every once in awhile. We informed company in writing, with $232.50 invoice plus payment of same, that the problem continued and we were unhappy to pay for work that did not correct the problem. No response. We received a postcard telling us to call and schedule our fall shut off. We decided to try someone else. We then received a phone call asking to schedule our fall maintenance and we declined, telling the employee that we had multiple service calls but the problem was never corrected. I find it unacceptable to pay for service that doesn't address the problem at hand. The employee said she understood.
Description of Work: Midwest Irrigation turned our system on in spring of 2013. We had them out to work on the system at least four times this season.
