Reached out to Ken Martens of Masterbilt Fence and Supplies Inc throughout the past 5 years plus regarding a fence post of our fence installed in our backyard. The post supports a large gate located between two homes in which has risen from the ground with the cement in tact. Every year it rises and pushes against the neighbor's post. Every year he claims he is too busy and will take care of it at the end of the year or the beginning of the new year. Since it is under warranty, I have to assume he will drag on with his excuses until the warrant expires. Other companies cannot help since its under Masterbilt's warranty. Finally, during the past year, he does not reply to any of my requests via phone, email, or text. Our last conversation, I stated that he has promised throughout the years to fix it and he has not in which he responded by chuckling and saying "you can always call again." Hoping that he will respond to this request of please keep your word and fix my post. I will keep you guys posted as to whether or not he did.

Ken Martens was very courteous and friendly and gave me an competitive estimate within an hour. The work went great and was done in a timely fashion even with the cold and snow on the ground. I'm very pleased with the new look, the fence looks great! It was great dealing with the Ken and workers through the installation of the new fence. Enrique and his crew of workers are hard working and dependable. I highly recommend Masterbilt Fence!

Crew was exceptional. Took out old wood fence and posts from original chain link fence. Built new fence on site. Cleaned up entire yard and even swept driveway. Fence is beautiful.

I've used them on two different houses now. They've both been done fine it's just that you can never actually get them and then you leave a message then you have to call back like several times. Eventually they come out to do the estimate and it's like they'll show up randomly and they never tell you when they're going to be there. The first time they were not like that, they were Johnny on the spot.

It went great! We were very pleased from dealing with the owner through the installation of the new fence.? The workers were hard working and dependable.? We would highly recommend Masterbilt Fence!

Masterbilt Fence has enjoyed a good reputation in our community. The company I own has used them in the past as have other family members. We were prepared to hire them to either rehab our existing fence or install a completely new fence at our home and were likely not going to even bother with competing quotes. Unfortunately we can't get them to return our calls or do what they say! Promise of a site visit with a proposal to be mailed - broken. Several voice mail messages never returned (over a span of a few weeks). Finally I left a message on a Friday that asked if they were even still in business. Received a call back from a sales person on Saturday morning. He gave no apology or explanation for the lack of communication. Just wanted to know what he could do for us. Just a few minutes into the conversation he said he was in a bad signal area (cell phone) and would call us right back. Well, as of the close of business Monday we give up. If you can't count on a contractor to return your calls you can't count on them to do the job. Period.
