Called initially back on the 12th of November to set up an appointment for someone to come out. The secretary said Bill does his own estimates so we would have to wait for him but that he would be able to come out the next week and he would call us at the beginning of the week to set up a time. The next week came and went without a phone call. I called back on the 24th and was told that he wasn't available until the next week now and he would call us again on Monday to set up a time. On Monday the 1st his secretary called and said he would be out to the house on the 5th of December around 10:00. By 11:30 on the 5th we had not received a visit or even a phone call saying he was going to be late so I called the secretary one last time. She said he was tied up working at the Zion Police department and she didn't know when he would be available. Needless to say that we terminated the possibility of him bidding on the contract at this time, due to his inability to maintain a time line or even keep a potential customer informed if he was going to be late.
