Description of Work: They did the weekly lawn care service on my house, which sits on a large half acre lot with a lot of grass. They did some additional jobs for me, all of which were done quickly, cleanly, and at a reasonable price. Always a pleasure to deal with.

 + -1 moreJose and his nephew--I believe they are in business together, are very nice people and clearly want to do a good job.
Description of Work: Jose used to mow my lawn until I started doing it myself. He still plows my driveway in the winter. I still use him and J** Landscaping for the odd lawn job, such as digging up a section of grass for a garden.

drain pipe, lawn service
 + 0 moreJose Perez did yard work for a neighbor, so we initially hired him because he was in the neighborhood. He is dependable(subject to delays caused by weather and heavy workload such as fall clean-up). He is flexible too. This year we have mostly mowed our own lawn, but have hired Jose and his crew for periodic weeding, shrub trimming, and lawn applications. Last year, he did a special project for us, which he designed to answer our problem with rainwater mounting in our basement window wells. He installed a drain and attached underground piping with holes, which now drains the water from heavy rainfall into the drain and spreads it out, and it no longer drains into the below-ground window wells. Jose is a pleasant man, and we also enjoy talking with his employees.
Description of Work: Pulling out overgrown weeds & shrubs, trimming entire front and back yards.
