Mario and his crew were great. They were punctual, friendly, and completed all work as described. It is very obvious they all take great pride in their work with plenty of attention to detail.

I highly recommend F & M because of the great work they did in rebuilding our back bluestone porch and fixing the settling on our back bluestone terrace and front walkway. Mario was there each day to supervise and guide his crew. He stayed in touch with me to inform and update me regularly. The estimate was very competitive and their workmanship was exceptional.

Group did great work on my brick steps (redid brick work on stairs). Got in quickly and were price competitive.

F & M did a great job on our installing and leveling our Bluestone Sidewalk and they did a great job cleaning and installing a concrete barrier in our basement crawl space. Mario and his guys did everything we asked them to do plus Mario has a great sense of knowledge when it comes to recommending how to do the job.

Mario and crew are SPECTACULAR!!! Everything was clearly spelled out; the crews are prompt, efficient and courteous; the worksite is kept safe and ultra-clean; the final product is MUCH better than expected. I have used F&M for many hardscape projects and they've never failed to deliver an impressive result.

They did a perfect job and listened to what we wanted and looks great. Mario is extremely knowledgeable in the construction and leveling of walkways. Him and his team are hard workers and did exactly what he said they would do. We could not be happier.

While they are not the cheapest option, I believe the price point is fair and reasonable given the excellence of the work product, which in all cases has exceeded my expectations. F&M Masonry did a great job rebuilding our bluestone walkway, stairs and porch. They have never looked better. Mario is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It’s the second time I have hired them and I would hire them again.

I'm sorry to say there were problems. Pros: good job on the stone steps, owner is there to supervise Cons: landscaping/door full of dust and small stones, failed to reconnect the electrical outlet on the steps, workers caused a leak in the ground pipe

Excellent work! He had a great design in mind from the start and helpful recommendations, but also happily fulfilled my requests. And real quality workmanship. A year later we are still very happy with our beautiful patio.

We used Mario and his team for two recent projects. The first was repair of our exterior fireplace and the second was removing and replacing all of the stone around our pool and patio. Both jobs went very well. Mario was quick to respond and provide a quote for both jobs. His bids were inline with the others we received. We chose him for the fireplace repair and it went so well we called him back for the larger project-which was extensive. For both jobs Mario and his team worked hard, kept to their schedule and maintained a clean job site. They delivered as promised without delay. It was clear that they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly! The end product is really great and we'd highly recommend F&M to others looking for someone to do stone/brick work.

F&M is the BEST! I have used them before and this time their performance outdid the prior excellent job. Their attention to even the smallest detail really shows and the execution of the projects could not have been smoother. Their workmanship is absolutely top of the line and is more like artistry. They identified all of the problems at the start - even those hidden ones that often show up months after the job is done. They fixed them all just as they said in less time than they said. The site was always clean at the end of the day even though some major demolition had to be done to replace a sagging set of steps. At the end of the project, they coordinated with the sealcoater to be sure that he understood how to process the edges of the bluestone driveway parts without damage. F&M is the the only mason that I use for my house and I use them for every stone related service that I need. If you want the best results and oh yes, the best prices, seek them out.

F&M responded quickly and professionally to my initial request for a job quote. The owner answered my questions about the job, materials and timeline involved and we were able to schedule the work He has a hard working team that knows what they are doing. They used premium materials, During the project I had a question/concern about a style element and the owner responded that night and came out the next morning to discuss different options. This was great. The end result was very high quality work done in a timely manner. We have recommended F&M to others.

We originally thought we needed to fix some stone on our entry stairs and porch. Mario and his team found that the stone was too deteriorated to repair and the underlying structure was also deteriorated. They took the time necessary to get things fixed and looking amazing. They also looked over our 100 year old brick home and repaired masonry where necessary. Fantastic work!

They did a great job building my stone mailbox. I plan on using them in the spring for a bigger project.

Mario and his crew did a really nice job building our patio. They built it the hard way with a concrete and rebar foundation under the floor and walls, with the walls poured to an appropriate depth. Mario was fair and responsive and his guys very hard working. The bluestone looks gorgeous and the stone knee walls and pillars too, all capped in bluestone. Would recommend.

I've hired them twice for different projects because they do good work. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and got the project done efficiently. And I believe the price charged for the project was a fair price. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. No complaints. Very happy with how well everything was done. I would hire them again.

Very pleased with the work completed by F&M masonry. We worked with Mario on the repair, re-edging, cleaning and sanding of our aging patio. We couldn't be more pleased with their service, professionalism and quality of work. After calling numerous hardscape companies and getting no response, we reached out to F&M which was recommended by a neighbor. My phone call was answered on the first try and I was able to set up a time for Mario to come out and look at the patio that same week. Mario has been in business for many years and after several minutes of talking to him, I could tell how knowledgeable and passionate he is about his work.IHe was very honest in his recommendations which was much appreciated! Mario was able to get his crew out to work on our patio quickly given that we had a tight window to get work done due to other construction going on with our pool. Marios crew showed up on time and went above and beyond to make our patio literally look like new again! They paid extra attention to small details like taking the time to replace cracked pavers and power wash surrounding areas of the patio to make everything look like new. We would highly recommend working with F&M Masonry and look forward to having them back to repair our paver driveway and other future projects.

It was excellent. The entire project from my initial reach out to completion was two weeks. Not to mention the work was excellent and he even had some suggestions which elevated the look of the front of our house without compromising our budget.

You can believe and trust the reviews of F&M Masonry as a contractor and Mario as an individual. We had some moderate damage to our chimney that could potentially derail our existing contact to sell out home. From the first contact with F&M, through the scheduling process to the completion of the work (including raking every last piece of broken brick) I was overwhelming pleased and relieved. Many thanks to Mario and his men. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the work and finished product. While F&M was not the lowest priced option, the quality of the work more than compensated for the somewhat higher cost. Mario utilizes a more thorough process by placing the stones in mortar which makes the walkway more durable (and more aesthetically appealing). It's worth mentioning that the original job was to reset the existing pavers and replace a few that were damaged. However, it turned out that the majority of my pavers were damaged and Mario replaced them with new pavers at cost. Finally, the job was done on schedule and the crew were professional and polite.

Outstanding work, and fairly priced. Very responsive and courteous service. A real pro!
