+ -1 moreAlthough their diagnosis was "spot on", their service was very slow. And, thier data retrieval was basically useless. One note should be made, however, Mr Engle did say that it was possible that the data was too corrupted to use. He told me this before taking the computer away.
Description of Work: Mr Engle took my old computer for diagnosis. It was dead. He diagnosed it as a "fried" motherboard. This diagnosis was later confirmed. However it took several weeks to get the diagnosis. The second, confirming opinion took a matter of two hours. Engle Computer Service also retrieved the data from my disk drives. That was included in the $110 charge. The hard disk was backed up to DVD but could not be read by any of the data retrieval programs I tried to use.
