No call, no show. I'm glad it wasn't something that needed to be done right away.

I purchased an Angie's list deal to replace an outdoor faucet. I called then and text messaged them twice to schedule an appointment, but they never contacted me back. I wasted a week waiting for these guys to respond to me. Terrible service!

Showed up on time, was professional, corteous, friendly and understand-ing. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs & highly recommend them to everyone!

The guys did a great job. Scheduled 3 days after talking, were on-time and did the work efficiently. Great value.

They were professional, took a look at the catch basin and rodded it to get water flowing. Unfortunately the camera showed a lot of roots and the basin has a retainer wall issue. So more work is needed, however they didn't pressure me to do the work now, walked me through the different options to fix and only charged me for the original Angie's list deal to rodd the line. I would hire them again, and just may to do the other work.

Arrived during stated window, inspected sewer, cleared blockages, quoted additional repairs, efficient team, fairly priced. Happy customer!

Had to saw off the old faucet which was fine. No problems with the work. In time and responsive

The work was not completed to my satisfaction in the beginning, but the owner stepped in and made it right by installing a new toilet for me and waiving the installation fee.

Initially the team came out to check a leaky supply valve for a toilet. After they left, it was discovered that there was actually a crack in the toilet itself. They waived the initial charge for the work done and applied that payment towards the replacement of the toilet. Very quick, responsive, professional, and tidy

Went great! They didn't charge us at all since all they had to do was tighten a bolt at the base of the toilet. Tenant contacted us saying that there was water leaking out of the base of the toilet, Aqua Doctors got out there the same day we called, determined it was just a loose bolt and not a wax ring issue, and tightened the bolt at no charge! Will definitely hire again.

Stated drain could not be cleaned, recommended $2600 repair involving jackhammering up the basement to gain physical access to the pipe. I was able to snake the drain myself successfully in about 5 mins. Paid them $175 for an unsuccessful service call, essentially a faulty diagnosis.

I called and was told someone would arrive between 9 and 10 am Sunday, Oct 27th. No one arrived or called. I even called and rescheduled for Nov 7th. and was told I would get a phone call to confirm. Again, no arrival or phone call.

Aqua Doctor was great. They contacted me immediately to confirm my request, and the next day Cody and Gabrielle came out right on time. They performed the hydro jetting, but the tree roots had become so thick that we ultimately decided to replace two sections of our pipe. I felt that they offered a great price for the amount of work that needed to be done, and they were able to complete the entire job in just a couple days. Cody and Gabrielle were both very polite, took the time to explain everything they were doing, and took pride in their work. I can't recommend them enough!

Very well. Professional and responsive. When I first called, the woman who answered was very knowledgeable. That was why we hired them and were not disappointed.

They showed up when they said they would, and replaced the outside hose faucet. They had every opportunity to perform work that was not needed, and did not do so. So they were honest. Honest, professional and reasonably priced is a pretty good description of the experience. We'll try them again when the need arises.

I called Chris in the afternoon with my problem. He gave a fixed price for the service (awesome to know what you're going to have to pay rather than constantly watch the clock or another pile of money to pay). Him and his crew showed up the next morning and they fixed the clog. He was articulate with the problem and gave me advice on avoiding it in the future. I needed a special 50 foot mechanized drain snake and he had it on the truck whereas some plumbers need to plan ahead. Very professional, nice and got the job done quickly. I will be having him back for future problems with my plumbing when they arise.

I was not on the premises, but they called me a couple of times to let me know what they found including sending pictures.

We have used AquaDoctor a couple of times and each time we've had a very positive experience. They show up when they say they are going to show up, and always do a good job. For this problem (toilet making very loud noises when filling with water), the tech diagnosed the problem in 2 seconds and simply adjusted the water fill valve to make the problem go away. And to my great surprise there was no charge. I appreciate this, as it makes me feel like they are an honest company looking to make a long term customer as opposed to just making a quick buck. I will continue using them for all my home plumbing needs

The Aqua Doctor team were courteous, on time, and professional. They explained everything they did, how the repair worked, and what to expect moving forward. They checked the outside of the foundation to ensure there weren't any other issues. I would call them again in an instant if I have any future issues with water in the basement.

Perfect, on time, knowledgeable, professional, explained the process, reasonably priced. It is easy to reach the owner Chris on the phone. They are extremely customer oriented! They are now my go-to plumbers for any work around the house.

I spoke with Chris Saturday afternoon about my valve leak-he asked for photos of the valve in order to give me an estimate. I'd told him I wanted to wait until Monday for the repair because I didn't want to pay extra for a Sunday visit. After talking a bit more Chris offered to come out today, Sunday, between 8-9 with his partner and he wouldn't charge extra. I was surprised and impressed with his offer. He arrived at 9, looked at the valve and stopped it with a simple fix I hadn't wanted to try. No need to replace the valve. He fixed my bathroom sink problem and was done in 15 minutes. His price was more than fair for a Sunday visit. Both he and his partner (I apologize for forgetting his name) are genuine, easy going and professional. The kind of guys you'd want to hang out with. I cannot recommend Aqua Doctor enough. He's as good as it gets.

The name Aqua Doctor is very fitting for Chris and his team, because it sounds like a super hero and that is definitely what they are! After a brutal week of cold a few weeks ago I went to turn on a faucet to have water shooting out from the pipe. Thankfully I knew where the shut off valve was, and searched Angies List to find a reputable contractor for what I hoped would be a simple repair. The repair wasn’t simple, which made having a true professional like Chris even more important. Not only had one of the pipes under the sink blown out, but Chris and his thorough inspection showed me a pipe behind the wall in the shower was also leaking. Had I tried to fix the pipe myself or hired some novice I doubt that would have been found, which have resulted in leaking in my walls and under the floor for who knows how long before it was found. There unfortunately a good amount of damage, and Chris and his team helped in so many ways but I will just name a few. First, they did work beyond what a typical plumber would do. His crew came in and pulled out tile and opened the walls to get to the leaking pipes. More about that in a bit, but another critical piece was he helped me navigate the confusing and tricky area of dealing with your insurance company. He did what my insurance company didnt seem able to do, which is example to me in simple terms how the process works, and he spoke directly with the company probably 6 or 7 times as the project was moving forward on what needed to be done and why to help get every possible dollar of his bill covered. As the project was moving along and the team had to walls to do the repairs, we learned this part of the home was not built to code. We had plumbing on an outside wall without an insulated wall in between. This meant the proper way to repair it was to move the water lines for the shower, toilet and sink by jackhammering into the concrete foundation. It’s a miracle I didnt pass out when I learned that, but once again Chris took the time to explain to me in simple terms what had to be done, to show me, explain why, and then get not he phone with the insurance agency to get it covered. He even facilitated working with the village inspector to make use all the documentation needed to prove this was required by the village was in place. This along would have been $4,400 out of my pocket if Chris hadn’t been thorough and diligent to working with the insurance. Other contacts would hand me a bill and let me figure it out, but Chris helped me the entire way. His team worked hard and fast to get everything in sorted out quickly, and Chris even connected me with another familiar member who offered to do the additional repairs like drywalling, paint, etc. Chris and his team turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a relatively painless process and really worked hard to minimize my out of pocket spend. And when the project was over and I tried to tip him for going way above and beyond me didn’t even want to accept the cash so I gave it to his workers. I just cant say enough for Chris and his hard work and work ethic. And if this wasn’t enough to convince you to use Aqua Doctor I will leave you with one more meaningful example. When the village came out to look at what had to be done to comply with code, I could see the relief on the face of the village inspector that I was using Aqua Plumbing because they knew the job would be done right.

Everything went smoothly. It was an expense I wasn't expecting so I can only hope the charges were within the normal range for the work performed. The pump cover was also replaced, however, it was not really a very good fit, but I guess it was better than the existing one. I would have preferred that a better fitting cover was obtained and installed at a later date. They just took what they had on the truck and retrofitted it.

I have never had more courteous and kind service from Cody and Carl, and even from Chris on the phone, which was just the beginning. They were totally thorough, addressed every need, kept my house clean, made it easy, gave a 2 year guarantee on the rodding job, which had required a thorough and deep rodding, gave the guarantee, even though they said that it is likely to come up again in that time, and also gave very fair estimate about a bigger job that will fix the problem, of which they said they would apply the rodding cost towards. It can be miserable dealing with these sorts of issues, and they were very positive and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more.
