great ,no more racoons ,squirels or anything, nothing gets in and thats the way i like it

A very fat, happy and noisy racoon set up house in the attic above my bedroom, so I called Animal Control Specialists. They came out promptly on Monday morning and placed the trap over the hole that my visitor had created in the roof soffit, and checked it every day during the week. Since the trap remained empty all week, it appeared that my animal housemate had slept over at his girlfriend's the day they installed the trap, so they called me and recommended to go ahead and cover up the hole (and screen the roof vents to prevent smaller invaders) . They did a very neat job and I was very pleased with the work. And two weeks later, no signs of any return visitors!

We are very happy with their prompt response and their effective, inexpensive, yet humane manner of ridding us of the woodpecker nuisance.

Poor customer service, lousy service.

Instead of using some of the equipment that I had. He used his own equipment and then took my equipment. It was just some screws, and I didn't report it but I probably should have. They were screws that I wanted used in my vents. He used his own and took mine with him. It was very unprofessional. He also put a trap up, but he didn't catch anything.

The succeeded in removing the squirrels.

Great! Very good customer service. They were prompt. The estimate was accurate & comparable to other services that I checked out in the area. Some of the other services would catch the animals, but would not do the roof repair. Animal Control is a one-stop-shop. Very convenient.

When I opened my patio umbrella one afternoon I came face to face with a cute little bat that was sleeping in there. Yuck. I left a message for the company because this was the second run in with a bat that we had in about two weeks. The next morning my phone call was returned first thing and the person I spoke with assured me that it was probably just a one time thing, as the bats are migrating south and probably only spend one night/day in our lovely umbrella. Fine by me! Thanks for the call.

It went great. The man who came out to get rid of the bees put in an expanding gas and tried to get them all. But since the hive was underground and hard to see, it didn't happen all the way. About a week later the bees were back in the nest. I called back and he came out the next day and got rid of them permamently this time, as the nest was now exposed after the landscapers weeded over the top of it. Thank you!

It worked. They got rid of everything. They came in through at attic vent fan, and they put up some mesh around the vent fan to prevent squirrels from coming in again. We have been without squirrels since then.

They have always been punctual, professional and polite. One of their employees even investigated when I told him my dog was smelling something under a certain area of the deck, and (while I was away from the house) removed a dead possum by removing deck boards. You couldn't tell anything had been disturbed; he put everything back exactly where it had been. And they always remember to shut the fence gate... this may sound like a small detail, but with a dog and 2 small children that is something very important, and many (many many) other service technicians have failed to remember, creating an unsafe environment for my children and dog.

My initial call was on a Friday. There would have been a $75 additional charge to come out on Saturday to set the traps. We decided to wait and see if they would leave on their own. I called the company back on Tuesday. They came on Wednesday and one skunk was caught in the trap the next day, two skunks the following, and only one the next. Unfortunately, the skunks sprayed the guys when they were being removed on two of those days. John and Norm were great. I missed them when they came to return for the traps after three days of no activity and they left the bill in the door. I wish they would have called to say they were coming or made a follow up call. We had wanted to find out about their service for securing the area where the skunks got in under the porch. And, unfortunately I did see one of the other skunks walking around the trees in my neighbor's yard the other day! I would recommend their service and would use them again if we had too!

Steve has come every day to check the trap. Still waiting for the skunk to do its part. We plan to use them to install the barrier.

They were great. I got them off Angie?s list and they were awesome. They knew exactly what was wrong when the other companies were guessing. They really were professional. They came out every day as well. They were great. I thought they were a little pricy, but they did such a great job that it was worth the money.

We had a raccoon in our attic. As it turns out, it was up there thrashing around, and eventually it got stuck. He/she found a way out through one of our attic soffit vents. We called Animal Control Specialists to see if it would come back, and to trap it. They set up a vent, and came back to check it daily (customer checks on Sundays and calls in) for two weeks. The animal didn't return, but they offered to install a heavy box over the vent to prevent re-entry for $150. They also blocked the soffit vent where it escaped to make sure it wouldn't re-enter. They offered to install a new soffit vent where it escaped, but I did that myself. Very professional, friendly, and even mentioned a couple of times that "Your're the customer - we'll do what you want..."

They were very neat and a good job. They explained what they would do and what was done. They did a good job in detecting the mouse. The person I interacted was Allen and he explained things well and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

It went very well this time. Caught a couple critters and fixed the hole. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. This was the second time I used the company. The first time they did not close the hole so we had the problem again. Otherwise, I'd have given better scores across the board.

We showed the serviceman where the chipmunk entered. He set up 2 adjacent traps so the chipmunk(s) couldn't enter or leave without going through one of them. He came every day at no charge to check the trap. On the 3rd day, the chipmunk was caught and he verified that no more were inside, then sealed the opening. The charge was $125 for setting up the traps, $55 for any day something was caught, and $55 for sealing the opening, less 10% for a senior discount. The serviceman was very nice and took time explaining to us exactly what he would be doing.

They came out the day after we called they were on time and they were professional.

Handled very well - chipmunks are now seen (outside) and not heard (or seen) inside. Specialist explained everything thoroughly, and followed through on each step of the process. Solution appears to have been successful.

Unfortuanately the skunks were not trapped. They must have left the "next" right before the trap was laid.

Great experience. Appointment arranged shortly after the initial call. Arrived on time. Was very thorough and spent an appropriate amount of time on the inspection. Cleaned up after himself. Respectful of the property. Courteous and nice. Again, great experience.

Went great. Door was just treated today so hopefully it worked, but the man who came out was professional and friendly. He checked under our deck to make sure there wasn't a nest, looked around the rest of our home to see if there were any other hot-spots. My only issue is the price, which seems a little high.

While attempting to remove a very large, smelly, decomposing, dead opossum from my yard, I realized I was in over my head. I found Animal Control Specialists on Angie's List and their employee was very professional when he answered the phone shortly after 7am. I left them a check and when I returned from work in the evening, there was no sign of the opossum or any evidence that someone had walked into the flower bed to remove the creature. Well done!

We had a number of little birdies singing down our flue from a nest at the top of the chimney. We called Animal Control Specialists to shoo them away and keep them from coming back. I contacted them via email one night and they called me back immediately the next morning and were available to come assess the situation the following day. They arrived promptly, provided a reasonable quote and removed the nest quickly and efficiently. They were to come back the next day to install the chimney cap. I was not home the next day but they came and installed the cap, however, they had used the wrong size cut of wire and left a note stating they'd be back the next to finish the job. They did come back the next morning and completed the install. That weekend, we noticed that one of the little birdies was able to fit through a gap in the seam of the cap. We called ACS and they came out the next day and closed up the gap. Our birdie friends haven't been back since (with the exception of sitting on top of the cap and mourning the loss of their chimney home). ACS was extremely responsive, timely and professional during the process, even though there were a couple hiccups along the way. I would use them again for any pesty pests that may visit us in the future.
