+ -1 moreGreat follow up to initial phone call. Price for services was divulged ahead of time and good description of work to be done. Appointment was kept and the time spent to review issues and talk of remediation was very generous. We expect a report of suggested work to be forth coming and they have offered to recommend contractors to do the specific work needed.

It is not comman to be able to call a company and tell them you are only interested in gleening information from them for the time being, and they care enough to spend time talking with you. This owner spent lots of time with me explaining structial concerns with a house I was considering buying. After we got done, I thanked him and then several days later he called back to see if I had any other questions and just to check in with me. Wow! I will certainly use this company and recommend them in the future. Thank you Ralph!
