We had a fantastic experience with Rowe construction. The pricing was extremely competitive and everyone was very professional. We had a great experience between everyone that did the work, the clean up after, and the quality of the work done. I would highly recommend Rowe construction to anyone looking for any type of construction work done.

Rowe construction was extremely attentive to what we wanted in our new remodel. Pricing was great, crew were very good, knew what needed to be done, we have recommended them to some of our neighbors. Could not ask for a better company to work with. Everyone loves the new kitchen and workmanship.

The countless hours I spent on Pinterest, Houzz, and different bath remodel blogs helped me to be organized when I finally had the consult with Ryan Rowe, owner of Rowe Construction. Ryan was very helpful and understood the fact that I was a newbie at this remodel project. The extent of my knowledge in remodeling bathrooms is limited by what I saw on the internet and friend's account of their remodel experience. I don't know much and that is why I needed to find someone I could trust and someone who could communicate well and in a timely manner. I travel and work a lot so it helped that Ryan was always receptive via texts and emails. I was in London for part of the time Ryan and his team was working on the masterbath. I picked out all the materials based on the quote Ryan gave me. I emailed him pictures, SKU of the item and the store name. The majority of the items were purchased by Ryan with the exception of a few items that were available only at Amazon.com. During the day-to-day work, the crew always cleaned up after themselves, came in on time as expected (no surprises). They finished on-time and actually earlier than promised. The final walk through and reveal was amazing. Believe me, my mom had the pics all over Facebook. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family. Overall, I'm very pleased that I went with Rowe Construction. They were fair, delivered solid craftsmanship, and lastly, they made my dream bathroom a reality.

Ryan and his crew were awesome. He was very responsive when we first called, and his quote was very easy to understand and we were clear what the allowances included. They finished the job on time and under budget. Once the work started, Ryan himself stopped by or called everyday to ensure we were happy. We made a couple of changes on the fly and he was very helpful and patient. The bathroom looks beautiful, and what can normally be a very stressful experience turned out to be a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I would hire Ryan again (and probably will), and would recommend him to anyone.

Ryan and his team are easy to work with and spend a lot of time making sure it goes right. I was new to this process and didn't know what the proper materials to get, but Ryan took care of all that. He found me a remnant of granite, he found the faucets, and his general customer service was exceptional. I appreciate that I could text him with any issues and he was checking in constantly. Todd did a great job of being responsive and getting the job done quickly and without much mess. I will definitely be using them again. Plus, I thought Ryan's prices are fair and you get more value than some of the more expensive providers.

My wife and I had received 4 estimates to remodel our kitchen, 1 of the estimates (from Home Depot) was not even a consideration due to their incredibly high price. I was not sure who to call for my kitchen so I signed up for Angies list and started reading reviews. It did not take very long to notice the excellent reviews that written for Rowe Construction and they were located close to my house. I called Ryan and set up an appointment for an estimate. Ryan was on time and knew what he was talking about. His estimate was not the lowest, but also not the highest. Now my wife and I had 3 estimates and we were not sure who to hire. I asked what I thought was a simple question to the 3 construction companies that we were considering ?can you please send me some pictures of some kitchens that you have done?. Rowe construction referred me to their website which is full of photographs of the work that they have done. Ryan also offered references. One of the other companies emailed me the same blurry picture of a kitchen twice and the other provided nothing. We then hired Ryan to do our kitchen. Ryan and his crew were on time every time. I consider myself to be a very ?picky? person. Ryan?s crew cleaned up every night after they were done working and our kitchen looks fabulous! My wife is very happy with the way the kitchen turned out and we have already hired Rowe Construction to do more work at our home. Bottom line is Ryan?s communication was excellent and his company did an awesome job. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone.

We really liked working with Ryan and his team. They showed up on time every day and were very courteous throughout the bathroom remodel. Ryan was very flexible in terms of what we wanted and didn't want, and he didn't try to upsell on things that we knew were over our budget. His price was significantly less than any of the other quotes we received and he delivered a great finished product. We will definitely be using him again for a number of other projects around the house.

The key to a successful home renovation project, aside from the obvious such as quality workmanship, is communication. Ryan, the owner, was especially good at letting me know where things stood and addressing issues as they came up. I really appreciated that constant communication and it helped us feel that our vision for the shower would be fulfilled. The entire reno process was very well coordinated by Ryan. Each phase of work flowed smoothly and work was continuous--no lapses or "dead" days in between. We appreciated this as well! Ryan and his crew were professional, friendly, capable and always left a tidy workspace at the end of the day. The workmanship was excellent overall--tile, plumbing, and drywall repair! Overall, we are extremely happy with the entire process and the wonderful end result--a new marble shower!

These guys were great! Ryan's estimate was below other ones we have received. They were able to start the project in a few days. Every night, Ryan called to see how things were going and provided updates on his end. The guys who worked here were awesome. Very respectful and easy to work with. They finished the bedroom in one week, which is exactly what Ryan said. We also had them complete some odd jobs around the house, and again, the price was very reasonable. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent service, results look great

Ryan and crew were excellent with both jobs that we hired them for. The roof replacement was all taken care of / cleaned up to our satisfaction. We were also very happy to hire him again for installing a patio door in our kitchen. We were given great advice for door shopping in terms of what to look out for, and the installation went off without a hitch. It was inspected by the county and the work was done up to code. We were very pleased with this Rowe Construction and would definitely hire them again. The pricing was also great / or better than compared to others in the area.

It went very well. Ryan was very professional and prompt in responding to our text messages. He helped us save money by recommending a cabinet and granite/quartz supplier that was much cheaper than any other source. He started the project on time and finished at the expected timeframe. We would hire him again for any major remodeling project!

Ryan and his crew were very professional. They completely gutted our old kitchen and installed new drywall, ceiling, lighting, cabinets, counters, slate backsplash, sink and wood floors. They also replaced 3 windows in our sunroom and 1 window in our kitchen. Everything went very smoothly. They cleaned up each day and were very polite. It was exciting to watch the whole process evolve. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well. I dreaded the whole process, but it really was painless and I am so happy with my new dream kitchen. We will most definitely use them again!

Ryan and his team did a great job. They started the job on time, moved the project along, and completed the work in a timely manner. Ryan's team was easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the process. Although the design was completed when Ryan became involved, he and his team spotted some inconsistencies, and we were able to correct these in time. Ryan's team's workmanship and quality of work were top notch, and the cost of the project was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the project and would not hesitate to work with Ryan again.

The Rowe Construction crew is top notch. They redid my deck a few months back and did an amazing job, so when I came up with a crazy design for a screen enclosure to put on top of that deck, I knew exactly who to call. Ryan knew instantly what I wanted to accomplish, made good suggestions on the design and got to work within 2 days. Here are the reasons I'd highly recommend his team: 1. Amazing workmanship. Again, my project wasn't a cookie-cutter deal, and the attention to detail would make it or break it. They really put in the time to make the finer points stand out. 2. The entire project took just 4 days. I didn't realize how big a team they had until I had 6 people onsite and moving. I've dealt with contractors before where it'd be 2 dudes on the job and they're sitting around for half a day. Not the case here. These guys get cranking. 3. Left patio super clean after they were done 4. Ryan actually looks out for you and will be the first one to point out areas where you can do something better, faster or cheaper. There were at least a few places where he saved me a couple hundred bucks by telling me I'm stupid, and to not do what I want to do. I respect and appreciate that. 5. Very reasonably priced for the kind of work that they do. Overall, highly recommend these guys.

Rowe Construction provided a quality screened in porch and deck onto our home. The workers were very prompt, professional and clean. Our porch turned out fabulous. When we had questions Ryan was right there to walk us through. We absolutely would use them again. Excellent craftsmanship.

No final review - No design on paper

Ryan and his company did a great job and his price was excellent. Guys were always on time and courteous. Despite Ryan not doing much of the work himself, he was always in constant communication with us and made sure to stop by on a regular basis to ensure things were on timeline we agreed on. He even kept in contact to check on the project after completion and even came out to fix an issue with caulk on a wall that was crooked (not their fault). Would definitely use Rowe Construction again and recommended to a number of people not on Angie's List.

Everything went great; the demolition and replacement of a leaky shower stall in our master bath was completed on time and on budget. Rowe Construction performed all work involved in the project with the exception the installation of the glass enclosure per my request, due to an existing relationship that I had. Ryan, the owner, proved to be very helpful in the overall design of the project, and available to discuss certain details along the way. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

They remodeled a small bathroom. Took all the old tile off floor and inside shower stall, pulled wall paper off. then repaired walls, put new floor tile down, new glass tile in shower stall and tiled an accent wall, replaced glass shower doors, replaced damaged drywall with new hardy board. It took about 4-5 days to do the entire job, they were held up one day by another job but were quick to let me know. Communication was great and they cleaned everything up each day. Would definitely use them again.

Still working on details, but it should be really good. Can't wait to get started!

Here's a walkthrough the different phases of our project and how Rowe Construction performed. Estimate?: We contacted Rowe Construction via the phone and finalized our estimate time over text. The interaction was polite and pleasant. Ryan Rowe, the owner and main contractor arrived on the scheduled date and time of the estimate. He was considerate to take off his shoes without being asked to do so, in order to keep our carpet clean. Not all contractors do this without being asked. Ryan was a great listener and open to the ideas we had. Unlike other contractors who pigeonholed us into their perceptions of what we wanted. This was a great quality that we liked about Ryan right away. Also, Ryan was direct, but not short, detailed, but not long winded. He proposed ideas when asked, but was conscious to let us make the decisions. We were properly informed of the options and the impact on cost of certain design choices. We ?expressed that we wanted to purchase our own materials (tub, sink, faucet, etc.) and Ryan was flexible with him purchasing the construction materials, such as nails, plywood, drywall, etc. At the end of the estimate, Ryan gave us a timeline for when to expect the written quote. As promised, the quote was delivered on time, via email. Work Start: Once we decided to ?go with Rowe Construction, Ryan promptly got the ball rolling with the necessary paper work. He also outlined the materials we wanted to purchase. The preliminary work was scheduled, which was independent of the materials. On the first day, Ryan arrived on time and took care to lay down plastic and canvas to help protect our carpet. He was accompanied with his brother Jack, who was polite and courteous. My wife and I work from home, so they were both respectful of our workspace and thoughtful about noise. We also have small dogs, which they were perfectly fine with? being out of their kennels. Work Continuation: ?Ryan is a jack of all trades. So, he did most of the work (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.) himself. This was a huge bonus, as one person knew the entire project and was doing the work. Thus, less chances for miscommunication. Part way through the project, there was collateral drywall damage, as a result of the work in the bathroom. Ryan was quick to point out this damage and reassure us that it would be fixed. It was encouraging to see that he took responsibility and ownership of the issue. We later found another drywall issue that he hadn't noticed. When we pointed it out, he happily took responsibility of fixing it. During the project, Ryan hired out the tiling and drywall taping to separate contractors. He was mindful to introduce us to these sub-contractors before any work started. He also reassured us that he stood behind any work they did. Both sub-contractors were polite and courteous. Ryan also planned ahead to ensure that the carpets were pr?operly protected for the sub-contractors. Since we ordered the materials after we hired Rowe Construction, there was a period when the materials were trickling in, but the work was blocked on an item that hadn't arrived. During this time Ryan had another job going elsewhere, which is understandable. As pieces arrived, Ryan wasn't able to immediately resume work, but he was conscious that it may make us feel neglected. He addressed the issue directly and asked if we'd want him to send his brother to start some of the work. We opted to wait for Ryan, since he was the mastermind for our project and we preferred for one person to do the main work. ?One of the items, a cast iron clawfoot tub, was shipped to a warehouse, rather than our home. Ryan was able to pick it up for us and bring it up to our bath. We weren't clear that the pick up would be an extra charge, but that was miscommunication. We did let Ryan know about this and suggested that it might be helpful to spell it out a bit more in the future. Ryan handled the suggestion quite well and was open to improving. Work Completion: In the end, our bathroom looks great. We enjoy it every day and are happy with the workmanship. Due to the timeline for the arrival of our materials, ?our project took longer to complete than a typical remodel. By the end, Ryan was quite busy with other jobs and we also got busy with travel and family visits. We did notice that the drywall collateral damage was fixed, but the coloring didn't quite match up with the rest of the ceiling. Ryan has committed to coming back and giving that spot a second go with sanding/painting to making things match. We just haven't been able to connect due to schedules. It's nice to know that he stands behind his work, even if the job is done on paper. Final Verdict: If this is any indication of what we think of Ryan's work, we hired him again after this bathroom remodel to put in 4 can lights in our master bedroom, and ceiling fan boxes in 3 other bedrooms :) Go with Rowe Construction, you won't regret it!

The job went well he did what needed to be done, it was supposed to be a two day job but due to his effeciency he finished it in one day....I highly recommend Mr. Rowe to others.......
