Everything went very well, I had someone at my house the day after I called for an estimate. A price was agreed on and the work began within the next couple days. The workers were all very professional and knowledgable and they completed the job much quicker than I expected. I was very pleased and will use this company for all my home improvements.

We decided about three weeks before our second child was born that we wanted to convert our loft into a bedroom for the baby. We were a little concerned with our decision, as timing was tight and it was just a couple of weeks before Christmas. The second Ryan and his crew started work, all of our concern went away. They moved quickly yet efficiently, finishing the project right on time. They were clean, courteous of our space, and very friendly--going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The room looked great and was ready in plenty of time! We recommend Rowe Construction to everyone we talk to and will absolutely call on them again in the future.

Rowe Construction did an excellent job of remodeling my master bath. My house had been for sale for over 2 years, and one of the problems was my outdated master bath. Ryan Rowe reconfigured everything, making the most of unused space. He enlarged the shower with dual heads, redid all the plumbing to accommodate a stand alone bathtub in the center. Plumbing was completely redone. Walls and floor taken down to studs. New cabinetry installed. The demolition and construction was done with the least amount of dust and debris. They also did all the electrical in the bathroom as well as new electrical fixtures in my kitchen. Ryan and his workers (particularly Paul) were always on time and he kept me informed at all times. They seem to truly care about the job they are doing and the people they are working for - (Paul found a problem in my basement with the water that I was unaware of and was important to fix). The end result was outstanding and the quality excellent - my house sold 3 months later. Thank you Ryan and Paul!!!

We loved working with Ryan. He lead us to qualified contractors when the job called for it....such as custom made cabinet maker to complete our kitchen confined size and give us double the cabinet space and a professional granite installer. He was good at listening to our ideas and working with us to accomplish a look we had in mind. The project took about 7 months. He is the first person we call when any construction matters arise. He returns calls in a timely manner. We so enjoy our house now.

I heard about this contractor from a friend that uses him all the time. He took time away from his family to accommodate our schedule. From the beginning the contractor was very honest with us, giving us multiple options that were close to our price points. He helped us save money on some aspects so we could splurge on other items. He has great relationships with his suppliers and was able to get us great pricing on all our materials. The workmanship was incredible and he was always on time. He always had enough help to meet all deadlines. No matter what the project was, he left the work area as clean as he found it. The mosaic tile he installed in our kitchen is amazing! The spacing between tiles was perfect and he made sure to keep the grout off the tiles. He installed Hand Scrapped Oak wood floors that are holding up amazingly well for a household with kids and dogs. He is a perfectionist from leveling the cabinets through to the seams of the base. We were so pleased with his work, we then contracted him to complete our unfinished basement. He hung drywall and taped the walls, installed all base and crown molding and installed a full bathroom with ceramic tile. I would refer this contractor to any friend or family member that is looking to remodel. I trust his workmanship and opinion 100% and will DEFINITELY use him again.
