+ -1 moreFirst few times the crew came out they did a good job and were very pleasant. Then a different crew came out and had a problem. I called the main office and talked to Kaye. She did not exhibit any positive customer service behaviors - for example yelled at me, called me a liar. Needless to say they are not my service provider anymore.

Description of Work: I did not sign up for the actual cleaning because I felt the price was high. When I called the process of getting an estimate was very good. They take you through a series of questions and then based on your answers can give you an estimate range. The virtual estimating model is excellent. I was quoted between roughly 150 - 180 for a regular clean for a 3 bedrooom 2.5 bath 2 level house. When I asked how exactly how many number of hours of cleaning that included the answer was 1.15 hours for 4 cleaning people. That come up to roughly $40 an hour per person if you land in the high range. But in fairness the company does use their own supplies. I usually pay around $25 an hour per person. Plus I am more comfortable paying per hour because you get what you pay for vrs getting a flat rate and your cleaning people are ripping around your house trying to get the job done quickly. In addition they asked me for cash for the first cleaning. Having to run to the bank to pay cash is really annoying so I decided not to move forward but in fairness to the company I understand why they ask for cash for a first time clean.

+ -1 moreSpent over 4 hours with a crew of 4 and cleaned it beautifully. Cleaned inside of windows, woodwork, oven, microwave, fridge, all floors on hands an knees, all bathrooms (3 and a half). Cost was $392, as estimated, but we were so happy with the service we tipped and extra $88.
Description of Work: They did a full "pre-move-in cleaning" of the entire 4 bedroom house.

Description of Work: Four people came to clean the house plus a supervisor. Basically it took an hour to clean my house with the 4 people. Really cleaned the house so well! Very happy with their service. Cleaned kitchen & bathroom like new!

Description of Work: They did a deep fall cleaning that included dusting the wall, woodwork, furniture, blinds, moving and cleaning behind all movable furniture; top to bottom cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. Cleaned inside of refrigerator.
