A five star rating is not enough!!! This business deserves a ten star rating. My wife and I have never worked with such a professional company. From the receptionist who took our original call, owner Katlyn and the installation crew, unbelievable customer care. What a wonderful experience to a installation we were not familiar with…. Auto Rain is the best company you can choose to install an irrigation system for your landscape watering needs. For years, I was hesitant to have one installed because it was a bit confusing and I worried about the quality of the system but after meeting Kaitlyn, all my concerns were put to rest. She has superior knowledge about both landscaping and irrigation systems. The system that she installs is state of the art. Auto Rain’s customer service after the installation has been excellent and I am relieved that I have partnered up with them to continue in the care and maintenance of our irrigation system. Thank you Auto Rain.

Auto Rain personnel were professional, courteous and timely from start to finish. It’s rare in this day and age to find a company who reaches out to make contact on a regular basis letting the client know the status of their project. Katlyn and her crew, along with Denise from the office did everything I expected and more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering an irrigation system. They are tops in my book! Thank you all.

Installed an irrigation system to cover all turf and flower beds around the house. All dealings with the company were professional. The system works well, and it can be controlled with a tablet. I would recommend Auto Rain.

Auto Rain is the BEST!! Starting with the people who answer the phones to the technician who performed the repairs at my house. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I was able to secure a timely appointment and the technician actually contacted me before his arrival and came on time. Auto Rain is EXCELLENT!!!

Description of Work: Landscape architect drew up a plan and we have been implementing it in stages. They installed a new Wisconsin granite Boulder wall and prepared some of the planting beds. Planted lilacs, spireas,viburnums large and large hornbeam trees. They also cleaned all the beds and trimmed existing shrubs. They cleaned up everything and it looked so nice on completion. In addition, they also buried some drains so they would not be on top of the ground and I was very pleased with their work. Kaitlyn has been great to work with and we met on April 29 to plan the next phase scheduled to begin the end of June. I moved here last August and had worked with a great landscaper in my previous area. In my opinion, Kaitlyn and her team are equally great. She listens to your questions or concerns and offers reasonable solutions.
